I wish i could give a zero for the service. I went there to get a refill for the coffee i got in drive through. The barista said we can only offer refill in the same visit(since it was a few hours before it didn’t qualify) i asked for a cup of water , said no water without purchase so i bought a coffee and said can i have my refill now? She claimed she has to make sure i drink my whole coffee before giving me a refill… what kind of customer service is that? When did Starbucks started to be so cheap? I have been going there every day, no more!

Make sure when you order a coffee in the app that it's an actual coffee. When they run out of coffee they get lazy and make an americano acting like you won't notice

Just wanted to shout out Destiny who took my order this morning - she was kind and knowledgeable and made sure I got my perfect matcha lemonade. Thank you Destiny!

I recently asked for an iced coffee with light ice, got given a cup with 75% ice and 25% coffee, despite spending $6. Also I got told they don't give any water for free anymore.

I went in bought a cup of coffee then came back later for a refill and the manager wanted to be a jerk to me so I told her I'll find coffee somewhere else so I'm going to tell all my friends not to go to that Starbucks anymore cuz they have new policies that are screwing up the customers I will never go back to Starbucks there's other coffee shops in the area

I came here to study on a Saturday morning and definitely not the place if you want to focus. The music is so loud and then people are trying to talk over it. And, there were only 3 tables with people talking. It’s a big location with high ceilings so it’s a huge echo chamber. Probably fine for study groups but I’m studying for a certification exam. I’ve been to the new drive-thru one in 4S multiple times and it was fine. I’m sitting in the RB one by Big 5 and it’s fine. They get busy and lots of people talking but nobody is trying to talk/hear over music.

This is one of the best kept secrets in the area. Very clean and it was not busy on a Saturday morning. We made a quick stop on our way to the airport and we were in and out in no time. You don't need a code to use the restrooms.

This is the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff is so kind and happy and makes the stores vibe so much better. They also made me the best pumpkin chai I have ever had. I definitely recommend coming here.
