Every time I order from this Starbucks on Postmates my drinks are always WRONG the food is disgusting just look at this! Raw bacon! My husbands sandwich was thrown together with the eggs falling out and my drink tasted like WATER. I have never been satisfied with my order from here and the other Starbucks are too far away so I’m stuck using this location but this will be my LAST. I’m better off going to Einstein. Do better!

We have been ordering from them for years, we order cold drinks without ice and they've always filled our drink up to the top except for today they only filled our drink cups 3/4 of the way. When we asked why they didnt fill it up ( usally fills it up to the top every time we've been there) to the top this time they said they will charge a $1 extra. The worker yelled very loud so that everyone can hear. Usually, the service is at 5 but not today.

Somebody tell Laxman Narasimhan that he needs to fly all of his employees out to San Diego and spend a day watching the team at this Starbucks. They are a master class in customer service, and a consistent one at that. The best Starbucks I’ve ever visited. They serve the same coffee and food as all the other ones, but it’s just better here.
