Ana and Emily were both polite and professional, something that seems to stick out in the service industry these days as some service workers take offense that you even dared to make them work or perform the tasks they are being paid to do. It takes just as much energy to be rude and dismissive as it does to be polite especially if it is your job! Keep up the good work you two, you are making everyone's day better.

Its alright. They mess up my orders a lot and it ends up tasting weird compared to other starbucks stores but the employees were nice!!

Rude staff (Giselle) refused to sell me more than six gift cards, lied by saying it’s a company policy. Went to another Starbucks on plaza to get what I needed and the manager there confirmed she lied. Do better Starbucks.

Absolutely terrible service from TRACY. I went for a nice treat and saw her yelling at her employees. No employe should be treated like this!!!! I'm appalled at her behavior. I was so upset at this treatment I decided to go to another location which I suggest the employees do themselves. will not be going here again! It's sad because I have great service normally especially the barista Alyssa and Gavin, they are so welcoming and the drinks are delightful! They deserve a raise!!!!

Today it was tough at this location.. line was soooo long, but Emily kept her cool and got orders out as fast as she could. Thank you Emily for carrying the weight of 3-4 employees. You are amazing! It's a shame that I couldn't tip you! Have a blessed day!

I ask to put more flavor and drizzle on my drink, every-time i come in there no cheese danish like they always forget to put the things i want on my drink like what are you doing bro do your job right.

It does not matter what time of day you come into this Starbucks , they are terrible and super slow . No sense of urgency !! Hire some better candidates who are excited and happy to help and be super efficient .

I ordered 1 frappe venti drink ahead at 7:43am on the app. Said that it would be ready at 7:57am pickup. Arrived at 7:47am. When I arrived there was 1 other customer waiting, and 2 baristas. Also, the staff did not acknowledge me nor ask if I was waiting on a pickup order. By 7:50am, there was a family of 3, and another young lady ordering drinks. I waited because my estimate said 7:57am. Next thing I know, there are 4 more people there picking up online orders. At 7:59 I asked if they had my order in the queue. They acknowledged it and said, "It's coming up". This was while they were preparing about 8 drinks. The family of 3 that arrived after me got their 2 drinks and left. Then, about 6-8 mins later, my drink was placed on the pickup station with 4 other drinks. The barista called out the names of all of the other orders, but not mine. Wow, that was super petty and horrible customer service. You are not greeted like in the regular Starbucks here. There is no, "are you coming in for a pickup order?" rapport from the staff.Also, baristas here are busy and make no eye contact with anyone, I watched as they took orders.I will continue to use the other location on Plaza & Grove for order ahead, even though it is further out. This location inside Ralphs is closer to the school that I have business at, but I'd rather have good customer service than cold, passive aggressive baristas.

Came in and was excited that no one was in line. Then waited for 15 minutes and watched as the barista made many coffees for app ordered walk ins. Then ordered a regular coffee and waited another 5 minutes. Never again. Done with Starbucks

On multiple occasions they have 1 person working in the morning. You better have 20 minutes (not exaggerating) to wait for your coffee...
