I visit this location often and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. One staff member in particular stands out above all. His name is Raul, and he is not only friendly, professional, and consistent he is in my opinion the best employee at the three Starbucks locations that I frequent. Thank you Raul for always making my coffee absolutely delicious.

Well, here one must buy TO RECEIVE a free cup 'ov H2o ( water ). When they remodeled ..this one didn't have, even one outlet to plug into as a customer with any devices.. nevermind, studying with 💻 and at Starbucks...no outlet to plug into and be fully charged and comfortable knowing your device will not shut down, from NO POWER. ya, Starbucks isn't represented as Starbucks..... The name is used while not represented properly. Next!

This location either has new employees all the time or just lazy ones because whenever I mobile order or Uber eats order my drinks, they're incorrectly made. They don't even bother to prepare the drinks as they're meant to be even though I don't customize my drinks at all like the people that have 10+ different add ons on their drinks. I got a passion tea with Splenda, that's all. No Splenda. Just plain bitter tea. I got a coffee with espresso shots and sugar free vanilla, no sweetener or espresso shots. I don't understand what's wrong with the employees of this location but it's gotten so frustrating having to waste money on drinks these lazy or new employees are making.

How many reviews does it take to get rid of the old lady with bad attitude in this location 🤔 every time we order or go to this store this woman has the worst attitude and horrible behavior, definitely needs to go!!! We are paying customers that need to be respected and not ignored or missed treated. Is there a corp website to report her. Very disappointed...

Definitely not a place I recommend going to. I've been to this Starbucks several times, and every time I've been, the older woman there with glasses (I don't know her name) ALWAYS gives rude service. You ask her something, and she ignores you. Starbucks definitely shouldn't have people like that working there.

I normally come this place like 3-4 times a week because I work in the same shopping center so it’s on my way to work. But every time I ask them for something (straw, soy milk on The side, cup holder or anything) the old lady working there always gives an attitude and ignores me when I ask for something, until someone else comes and help me or ask me what I need. I always wish that when I come to pick up my coffee, she isn't there. Because she seems to be in a bad mood everyday. The rest of the employees are super nice and polite, they say good morning to everyone, they say thank you and stuff but that lady omg! If she doesn’t like working in customer service, then go somewhere else. I’ve been waiting to write a review because I always have the mentality that one day when i come she will treat me well, but No!, she will Never change!

Wors experience ever... I came in with my husband and 3 month old baby.. we never get a chance to get a coffee or tome for our self's. a day before valentine day... so we walked in settled and we notice the baby got her clothes wet with the bottle so we decided to change her clothes first so I asked the SANDRA for the restroom code and she said is for costumers only.... I was clearly there as a costumer but needed to change the baby first. I told here I was there as a costumer a decides to give me the code with an attitude and we decided to leave is not the first time I come to this store. But for sure was the first time with my baby.. I'll never come back. I did ask her name a corp #..

Ordered a tall white hot chocolate and didn’t realize that a barista dropped a coffee bean in there. By the time I got to work and took a sip, my hot chocolate tasted like coffee. Threw it away. Check your drinks before leaving.
