Ordered a tall white hot chocolate and didn’t realize that a barista dropped a coffee bean in there. By the time I got to work and took a sip, my hot chocolate tasted like coffee. Threw it away. Check your drinks before leaving.

Great Location! Able to get my my order extremely quick and lots of parking! Bathrooms were very clean, and seating was organized. My only concern is they have not a single outlet to power my pc and the music was slightly loud.

My order seems to always be missing something. Today I ordered a hot coffee with whipped cream and praline top and it had neither. Not even sure if they put the 2 pumps of syrup cause I taste nothing, and I ended up paying $6 for a grande hot coffee with all this extra stuff that was missing.

I’ve loved this Starbucks location for as long as I’ve lived in imperial beach, all the baristas know my name and they make sure to greet me when i walk in HOWEVER I will not be ordering from here anymore. Twice within the last month after mobile ordering they have allowed a transient to walk in and take my drinks. The transient tells them that they are picking up my order and I sent them which is absolutely not true. How do I know? I legitimately WITNESSED THIS HAPPENING this morning. Thank goodness I walked in at the time I did or else they would have just given this person my order. I dislike and think it’s a poor choice of Starbucks to have the mobile order pick up just on the counter alphabetically instead of how they used to have it behind the counter where the baristas have to actually hand it to you. I’m saddened by this behavior.

Avoid this location, please. The food was fine. The service was horrible. The lady who took my order wasn't paying attention when I ordered and put it in wrong. Our food was given to us and we waited for my drink. I ended up asking if I needed to make a line again to ask about my order because I was being ignored when I approached the ladies handing out the drinks. I was asked what I was missing, so I repeated my order, and she stated it was made, but I again told her it was taken by someone else or something, but I didn't receive it. It was made again for me but was made so hot that it burned my tongue. I've never had that experience at other locations, and I order that drink often. I'd avoid this Starbucks. The employees don't seem happy to take your order.

The lady working the front was really nice. The other two people working there were talking to each other and ignored me.. I was the only person standing at the pick up area they looked right at me and kept talking to each other... I definitely won't go back to this place.

Definitely never fails my expectations and love the place here from awesome courteous attentive staff to serving prep brunch to go or dine in. No chance to take photos due to food & drink gone, lol. Next time I'll take pics?. Worth giving more than 10+?. Love Starbucks esp this Saturn Blvd, San Diego (near IB)location. Kudos!
