Starbucks: you are a SCAM!!!I ordered a Venti and more than half of the glass was ice! ? it's almost 7 dollars for this they really disappoint me. Why do they put so much ice in the drinks? And it's not the first time this has happened to me here. I had returned here because the drinks are delicious but I won't come back again ?

Lesson learned not to come back to this location again. This is the 2nd time I came to purchase a coffee to start with my day. The place is really trashed inside, bad bad bad customer service, I get it it's a busy cafe but I don't believe that should be a reason to be treated like my money has no value.

Idk if it’s because all the homeless people come into this location but it’s like they hide all the wall plugs so you can’t use them. The one big table they have in the location, the plugs don’t work and haven’t been working for over a year and they refuse to fix them.

Nice place, Nice helpful staff. I don't frequent Starbucks very often, so I wasn't really sure what the difference was between latte and coffee Americano and the girl took the time to answer with patience. The coffee was good, I enjoyed it.

Cashier doesn't understand basic English and treats customers bad for not pronouncing words with proper American accent. Well, considering that she works in hospitality she might need to change her attitude.Also the same cashier handles cash and at the same time she warms up food without washing her hands and/or using disposable gloves! Basic hygiene rules for working in hospitality.

I was struggling to get through the day , had just spent 3 hours in Home Depot next door and I needed a strong cup of coffee so I could go sit in traffic. Well I spent so much at Home Depot my $3 cup of coffee was declined . Bank put hold, blah, blah, blah! I was furious , kinda, well not furious but , I was bummed. Rodolfo, without hesitation , kind gentleman that he is, before I could even say no, puts his card on the tsp and pay deal and buys my coffee. I was flabbergasted! What a guy! Not only that, but the coffee is hot and tastes absolutely great. Last few times that hasn't been the case at Starbucks. Just wanted to pass along that the Starbucks in IB on palm by HD is firing on all cylinders . Great customer service!
