I fly frequently and I know this location is super busy, so I pre-order their pumpkin, pita loaf when I get through TSA so my wait time isn’t too long. I always select ‘warmed’ but I’ve only received it warmed 2 out of 10 times. Note - I wait about 5 minutes at the pick up and I’m there when they call my name.

On Jan 5th..I experienced 10 mins wait and found a hair inside my Matcha after taking almost a half of it. So I have to threw the whole thing away. The presence of hair in the drink made me feel disappointed , as beverages are expected to be prepared under hygiene and food safety standards.

I was flying (on my day off, I work at Starbucks). And the barista working at the kiosk by gate 47 in San Diego international airport was so rude and not paying any attention to the customers. I understand not being happy with your job but to take it out on customers who are simply asking for a syrup you don’t have is very disrespectful. This is the worst starbucks I have been to.

I asked for banana bread to be not heated when I ordered. I got my drink and had to tell them that I am still waiting for the banana bread. Finally got it and it’s heated.

Overall this is the most disorganized Starbucks I’ve been to globally, the customer in front of me complaining about getting the wrong drink. I’ve never wait so long in a line with just a few customers in front of me. This Starbucks is record breaking.

They’re totally overwhelmed and have lost multiple orders when I visited San Diego. The receiving area is unmonitored. Plan for backup coffee if you are using this location

The barista called Kim delivering beverages to customers was extremely loud and rude, shouting to customers @ 4:20am in the morning. When I approached the counter after my name was called, she shouted @ me: do not touch anything until I give it to you! After this unnecessary aggravating episode, I suggested just to treat customers nicely, and she yelled @ me “Im just doing my job” well do it nicely then, “I am being nice” she yelled once again! By the way the order was under the of my wife Kathy and she kept sreaming “an order for Paddy”

I spent $57 dollars to get 4 small americano coffees, 2 croissants and a slice of banana bread, nothing complicated.

is it possible to get a normal treatment? I work customer service quality and improvement, and my too cents to SB management is: you can hire Superman as CEO and pay absurdly amounts of money, but it won't make any difference until you train and maybe pay better your customer service team and of course have difficult conversations with all the “KIM’s” in the organization”. Restricting the restroom usage is not really the direction I am suggesting.

Terrible time management

Workers don’t want to be there. The cashier needs customer support training. The worse customer service, except for the one chick who had to recall everyone’s name because the green hair guy said the names so softly, he couldn’t even hear himself
