Ordered from here this morning before my flight. Horrible service. I was standing at the counter waiting to order because no one standing behind the counter wanted to do their job and take my order. When someone finally came to take my order, I asked for an iced americano, and reminded her it was supposed to be iced again when she said AMERICANO. After I reminded her two times, i thought my order was correct so I didn't ask for a receipt. When the barista called out my order, I noticed that the americano was warm! I asked for it to be remade since that is not what I ordered, and was treated like a total inconvenience. People need to learn how to do their jobs!

After 20 years of patronizing hundreds of Starbucks locations around the globe, this was by far the longest wait time I have ever experienced. Unacceptable.

The employees at this location have no sense of urgency. Extremely slow and disorganized. Stood in line for 25 min at 6 AM, I was told my order will take another 15 minutes (egg sandwich) once I got to order. A waste of my time , I had to leave without ordering because my flight was boarding.
Starbucks never stops to give disappointing experiences.
This location doesn’t do drinks in order it was received. 5 drinks after me were made, while I’ve been waiting for 15 mins for an ice tea. With the store not even busy.

Very rude people that work in this location Not recommended at all
I waited 20 minutes in line only to get to the front and learn they were backed up with mobile orders and my drink would be 20 minutes. The level of efficiency is negative.

The person who took our order was very kind and polite but the person who was calling out orders was extremely rude to customers and their colleagues. People were waiting for sandwiches that had been placed on the counter and they kept sharply telling customers "wait a minute" as they wiped the area down (there was no major spill or anything pressing) and would not let them take their food. They also were very short with colleagues who were all just busy and doing their best.

Everything was terrible, I placed the order with a family member and there was no empathy and they delivered a very different and poorer meal than what was ordered.

This is far worst branch of starbucks that I ever went, I've been flying and been to a different branches of starbucks inside the airports. This branch was so unorganized. Made my drink wrong and not even bother to change it even I mentioned it to them that what they made me was wrong, its like puttimg a bandage on wound and it will be fine. Putting a caramel on my order won't be just okay, anyways since I have a flight, I just left. But hopefully next time there will be a better service.

The employees at this location have absolutely no sense of urgency, which is crazy while working at an airport. There were seven employees visible. The most well staffed Starbucks I've seen in a while and the longest wait I've ever had; make it make sense. Two of the girls were just talking with their phones out taking pictures and laughing..
The employee they had taking orders was struggling to understand what people were ordering and kept having ta ask over and over again what we wanted. Horrible, horrible location and experience. To add insult to injury my lid popped off of my coffee like is wasn't put on correctly and my overpriced coffee spilled everywhere.

Only military have access to these location and it is not advertised on the page, so I just walk like 20 minutes from my hotel and 20 minutes back empty-handed because they never answered the phone and doesn’t say that you have to be only military to get in. Also, there is no signs outside saying this is a military base.
