They will not let you use your reusable cup and the ambiance certainly bears little resemblance to the “Surprise and Delight” attitude which Starbucks is known for and customers have come to expect and appreciate. However, they are very clearly focused and working hard to get all of the orders out in a reasonable time so I assume this must be due to internal struggles with working at this location specifically.The egg bites I mobile ordered were good though ?

Hard to really rave about a Starbucks in an airport but it gets the job done. Staff doesn't seem too thrilled to work there but let's face it. They are slammed beyond belief and have a job that has them going a million miles an hour for the duration of their shift.

The staff was so nice and hard working, I had to leave a review for this place. Don’t let the line scare you, the orders are served very quickly. Also, this is the only place I could find in San Diego’s Airport with good vegan options.
