After years of consistently frustrating experiences at other Starbucks locations — rude service, missing items, annoyed attitudes — this store was a breath of fresh air.
Today was my first visit here, and it couldn’t have gone smoother. I placed a mobile order with my usual requests (including a venti ice water listed in my last name), and everything was ready, correct, and handed to me with a welcoming attitude. No eye rolls, no sighs, no weird energy — just friendly, professional service the way it should always be.
It might seem basic, but sadly, this level of normal, positive customer service is rare at Starbucks these days. Huge shoutout to the team here for actually caring about the customer experience. I’ll absolutely be coming back to this location — finally found a Starbucks that gets it.

I witnessed a very kind moment today from your staff member Cameron. Two older ladies that did not speak English very well got their order it at was not what they expected. He was so kind in his communication with them. Helping them say what they really wanted and he remade their drinks in a very nice way. Great job and thanks for being such a good example for others.

Been going to this Starbucks since it opened But lately I’ve noticed that the employees are not friendly and work with an attitude They are good to particular customers who I guess they know but I have run into bad experiences with them Particularly this lady who works early mornings

When I was picking up my coffee yesterday it was white with cream—so I asked the barista to add some coffee to it. She said do you want space or ice because it’s a grande in a venti cup—she made it awkward, it was kind of embarrassing like I was trying to get extra coffee for free said I don’t think i ordered a grande but okay just add ice…I just checked and it was in fact a venti coffee that I ordered

Every time I order at this location there's always some type of nonsense. This morning was my macchiato leaking all the espresso out the top. ?

Went here after a bad day today to get a sweet treat and payed for extra cold foam($1.25) for an iced venti latte and they put less than a cm of cold foam on top (and every time i come i try to be super nice and tip well so i know it wasn’t because i was rude)… so inconsistent, at least be consistent so i won’t pay money to be ripped off
