Oh goodness, I ordered a hot latte and the lady handed me a foamed up drink that hadn't been heated at all. I said that it was cold and she said she would re-do it. Handing it back to me she made sure I knew she redid it for me and next time if the drink wasn't hot enough for me I should order it extra hot, I told her no it wasn't even warmed the drink was a cold drink. How rude and it made me look stupid infront of people. Not sure if she forgot to do something or a ma chi one malfunctioned but she said she knew it got heated cuz it was foamed. I had even given a tip. Wow next time I should wait to make sure there aren't baraistas just wait I to accuse you of not knowing hot from cold!

Went here after a bad day today to get a sweet treat and payed for extra cold foam($1.25) for an iced venti latte and they put less than a cm of cold foam on top (and every time i come i try to be super nice and tip well so i know it wasn’t because i was rude)… so inconsistent, at least be consistent so i won’t pay money to be ripped off

There is a woman who works here, Connie I believe, who has absolutely no business working in any form of customer-facing job. Starbucks is known for the atmosphere and connection created by its employees and this woman is anything but warm or welcoming. She was openly complaining about who I can only assume was another employee while there were four or so people in cue to order, all of us having to listen to her grievances. Super unprofessional. I hope management can see this and follow up with her because I for one will not come back to this Starbucks location.

Came here this afternoon for a quick coffee fix. Rosie was the absolute sweetest and truly made my afternoon. Some of the best customer service I've had in awhile. Also great job on my drink and quick service. Will be back!

I can't be grateful enough! I have been at this Starbucks almost every day for the past 8 months, and always I have been received with big smiles and great attitude. Especially the morning baristas have been exceptionally kind. Thank you Betty, Anna, Connie, Stacy and to all the morning baristas.
