Everytime I order a to go drink that’s hot they never put a stopper in it and I always have to ask and they always act like it’s a struggle to give me one. They need to put them on to go order drinks. Also when I go in and order I always have to wait longer due to them making my drink first then putting my breakfast sandwich in the oven should be reversed. I’ve been to many Starbucks locations and this is the only location that does this. This is specially daily between 6-9am

I went here a few times and always slow. One time, my drink was just sitting in the backside counter until I pointed out. They forgot to serve it to the pick-up area. Recently, I made a mobile order and went there. I was only a customer there but still had to wait for almost 10 minutes.

The employees at this location is very friendly and they go beyond service to help you get the drink right on the spot and I would recommend coming here, I've never had a issue and they always have time to chat with you. I also want to mention Omar, Luis and Minh who are hard workers and are very friendly.

Everyone was smiles. Everything was perfect until the person at the register started rubbing his black slick hair down, then proeeded to get my order ready. I was hoping he was only operating the register, but he proceeded to get my gouda, egg and bacon sandwich and start my coffee. I watched. He used utensils, but he needs to keep his hands out of his hair while doing that job.
