I don’t mind traveling 10 miles to visit the 4S Ranch (Dove Canyon) location. There are probably 5+ Starbucks locations from point A to B, but “this store” always…always gets my drink right. The baristas here are awesome. I’m not sure why the staff here is always on point, but I think that every Starbuck location should model this store. Thank you to the management and staff here.

Asking for a tip after you microwaved my $8 sandwich is some bs

The staff didn’t even acknowledge me as i waited to order. I was the first person at that time. I thought they were busy but when another customer, male came in, they all welcomed him. I waited for seemed to be forever for my order way past the person who was behind me. The person who took my order then seemed reluctantly making my tea which should have been so easy to make. The yea was not sweetened as I had asked. Again they were reluctant to make the adjustment so just left feeling terrible about the whole experience

Whoever works here in the morning makes the best shaken espressos. Never milky. I will riot if this person leaves. Also, the messages on the cups is a nice touch.

Unprofessional and Rude Experience at Opening Time

I’m honestly shocked at the level of rudeness I just experienced at this Starbucks. I placed a mobile order like I always do, and when I pulled up to the window, the barista immediately hit me with attitude, saying, “Next time, can you wait five minutes before driving up? We need time to do our routine.” Um, what? It’s not my responsibility to time my arrival around your behind-the-scenes workflow—especially when there’s no signage or app instruction telling me to do so.

Then, instead of a friendly handoff, my drink was practically tossed at me through the window. I also ordered a coffee cake and asked for some water, and the eye-roll I got in response made it clear that customer service was not on the menu this morning. As if that wasn’t enough, I could hear her and others inside complaining about me for simply arriving when my order said it would be ready.

If you’re not ready to serve customers when your store opens, don’t open the mobile ordering system. Don’t take it out on people who are just trying to get their morning started. A little professionalism goes a long way, and sadly, it was nowhere to be found here today.

I love this location, the coffees are so good and there’s a good space for relaxing and studying. Staff are very friendly specially there were two baristas that if I’m not mistaken their name was Sanaz and Malal. They were super friendly and provided an above and beyond service!

As a business in the same plaza as Starbucks, we are so happy to see them move into a bigger space. The new location is beautiful and the staff is efficient. Now with the drive-through, they are insanely busy, but still keep a very calm atmosphere and all are very accommodating. Especially Johnny thank you!

I have a physical location in Poway and understand almost all aspects of business. Hats off to the owner of this location, thank you for doing what you are doing. Plenty of parking in this location at a strip mall with CVS being the anchor, the drive-thru at this location seems to be full all the time. I will usually just walk inside and order.

Randomly throw signs on the door saying closing today at 11:30 am. Easier to go to another location than waste time seeing if they’re open at 1 pm on a Saturday. Not the first time this has happened.
