As a business in the same plaza as Starbucks, we are so happy to see them move into a bigger space. The new location is beautiful and the staff is efficient. Now with the drive-through, they are insanely busy, but still keep a very calm atmosphere and all are very accommodating. Especially Johnny thank you!
I have been a customer of this location almost like everyday for the past few years! I absolutely love the cleanliness, friendliness and service. I have a physical location in Poway and understand almost all aspects of business. Hats off to the owner of this location, thank you for doing what you are doing. Plenty of parking in this location at a strip mall with CVS being the anchor, the drive-thru at this location seems to be full all the time. I will usually just walk inside and order.
