Terrible experience at this Starbucks. I walk in to order coffee, and stand there for probably a couple of minutes. All the employees were busy doing stuff and completely ignored me. Not even a "we will be right with you" or an acknowledgment of me being there. I finally had to ask someone if I could order something. Some guy named Ethan was extremely rude. He threw my change on the counter. No wonder Starbucks overall sales are on the decline.

Great service. Supplies must be low tho because I didn't get one when I ordered my egg bites and the fork they gave me was from an open package. Coffee was mediocre at best. The vanilla bean scone was the only consistently good item.

Coffee and food are up to normal Starbucks standatd. Services is good. But the remodeling has taken out a lot of indoor seating and outdoor umbrellas. With the coming summer it is hard to sit outside at the patio without being very hot and uncomfortable. Adding back outdoor umbrellas would be good.
