In town visit family this week so I stopped by many place in this mall on my walks. Store and outdoors was clean, coffee was done quick and staff was good with recommendation. My grandson like too.

Simply ignore any requested modifications like no sweetener. Still added it. Not the first time and we sure won’t be last time. The best they can do is reply with generic online chat link. Boycotting this chain is best move you can do for self respect since they don’t respect you as a customer

Wrong hours were inputted for New Years Eve. Numerous customers showed up between 4-4:30pm due to these wrong hours and were turned away.

Starbucks in Pacific Highland Ranch by Trader Joes is OPEN on Christmas until 4pm! They said the app/google has it for 3pm, but they extended their hours.

I was relocated to San Diego and I’m here without my family. From my first day here, the staff at this location has treated me wonderfully. They made me feel very welcome. Today is my birthday and I stopped in to have my custom pecan flat white and it embodies what the drink experience is supposed to be like. I really appreciate Daniel the manager and the entire crew for what seems to me them going out of their way so that the product is great in the experience is amazing.

I ordered my drink with real honey. I watched the barista put 3 pumps of honey syrup into the cup used to make my coffee. I asked him if he used real honey and he said “yes honey packets”. I looked at him with the I know you’re lying face and left because I was late due an appointment. I understand they will make my drink again but I already waited 15 mins and had somewhere to be.

Winderful abd friendly baristas. However, this is the only Starbucks that I have been to where we have to yell in order to speak to the person next to you because the music is so loud. I asked if they could turn it down, they immediately took action and lower the music level. They really take care of the customers. It’s a great location with lots of outdoor seating, handful of indoor seating. Great for the mild weather.
