Bought a medium Cafe Latte. No other customer.
Took the barista more than 5 mins to realise that my cup was there for her to prepare my drink. No clear communication between cashier and barista.

I hv asked for a dash of cinnamon and chocolate powder. Barista will to add the cinnamon powder but asked cashier if can add chocolate powder. Cashier said no. Barista turned around and said there is no more chocolate powder.

It's impossible for starbucks not to have the chocolate powder.

With the price of coffee I paid, it's ridiculous to have poor service.

Tables are a mess. It’s 1030 am I wiped it down my self but it was still dirty and sticky. I. asked for a cleaning rag they said oh no we will clean it. Waited 10 minutes got my coffee and breakfast. …. Ate on a dirty table, still no one cleaning. What has happened to Starbucks?

The drink was OK, but the table had old dried mess on it. We tried wiping it with one of their towelettes, but we really needed to take it outside and scrub the edge with a stiff brush. I don't like dirty restaurants, those baristas didn't clean a table the whole time we were there.

Lost my car keys! I went in to ask and was immediately yelled at and told to leave. The worker completely ignored my pleas and escorted me to the door. Apparently, the guy I followed in was a delivery driver and it was after hrs. But they literally must have closed like 5-10min ago. Because I was just there!

Drive-Thru!!! I love this Starbucks because the staff is always friendly! If you get Evan in the drive-thru, you're in for a treat! They always try to do their best, even when someone comes through the drive-thru to order for their ENTIRE OFFICE (ummmm...go inside, please). The drive-thru can get long here. Be patient or go inside--you'll get quicker service.
