I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars at Starbucks every year and on a hot day I walk into a Starbucks that is not busy that I do not plan to stay in a lawyer and ask for a glass of ice water and they tell me I’m not allowed to have ice water and I said buy coffee. I don’t need to drink coffee at five 4 o’clock in the afternoon. I spent thousands of dollars at this establishment and this is how they treat their customers bullshit

Asked if they had a bathroom and the employee said they shared one with the transit station and to go there. mind you I was a paying customer. Went to the transit station and both bathrooms we saw were not available. One was for transit employees and the other inside the Santa Fe station was only for Amtrak ticket holders. (When I said the Starbucks employee said they shared bathrooms the employee at the train station said she has never heard of that) Don't know which bathroom the Starbucks employee was talking about but instead of sending me on a wild goose chase I wish they just told me they didn't have bathrooms??

It’s been a long time since I walked into a Starbucks and actually felt like someone behind the counter wanted to be there. Cass, the cashier, was super cool — friendly, chill, and full of great recommendations (yes, even those off-the-menu ones 😉). Sometimes you just need that one person to turn your whole coffee run into a vibe.

Thanks for the good energy, Cass — you made my day (and my drink) better. ✨☕️

100% the worst Starbucks I’ve ever experienced. Now you have to order ahead or you should order ahead because it’s not a traditional Starbucks. They really specialize in taking online orders which is fine. We got there and supposedly somebody picked up our order. OK well that happens they would said they would make another there was nobody in the café And we waited. There was three employees and one coffee to make it took them 12 minutes to make this coffee mind you this was an iced coffee. There was one person who is actively work in the registrar and making coffees one person that was dusting and another person that had a bucket of ice Yet it took 12 minutes. Never again would I go to this location?

Not usually one to rate starbucks but this one in specific was very convenient to whilst I waited for my train to board. Spacious, enough space when I was there in the morning and even outdoor seating. If you're waiting for your train I would definitely come here until boarding time comes around.

Yesterday I got the worst attitude I dont remember her name she had pink bangs skinny and an accent like European kinda very rude treated me like I was a scumbag didn't try too give me service just rudely said we don't do refills here this was late morning today around one a barista named Cassidy helped me she was so sweet she is an example of how all baristas should be she suggested what drink would wake me up and a sweet humble attitude she even drew a heart on the foam part which made my day better I was feeling sad after my friend got hospitalized again for heart failure she Cheered me up

I've been to a LOT of Starbucks around the country. Danuta makes this location the absolute BEST. Unbelievable fantastic service and best latte I've ever had. I would honestly drive past other Starbucks to get to this store!!!!

Im conflicted on which way to go with this review. I came in yesterday around 5:15 in the evening, I wanted a coffee and something sweet and oh yeah, a restroom. Coffee honestly wasn't hot, it was more "been sitting out for a hour, but we're too lazy to make a fresh batch." Brownie though was good, so points for that.

I was confused walking in, chairs were ON the tables inside and out, meaning I wasn't invited to sit and dine inside. Very unwelcoming of Starbucks, so I took my stuff and sat across the street.

Lastly, there's no restroom. You sell food, what are you trying to keep away from using a restroom? I went up the street to the Westin and used theirs, so I won. But, I absolutely hate when businesses that you just did businesses with refuse a restroom to customers .
