Starbucks only received two of the glass bears, people were waiting in line for the 4:30 opening. And the manager allowed the employee to purchase the items ahead of the first person in line. And then continually kept saying it’s first come first serve. He even messed up and said that it goes to the first person in line which the other lady was. Absolutely ridiculous. I had a feeling Starbucks would do something like this. It should be the person in line.

Ordered a vanilla cream cold brew around 7pm and got something else. I didn’t have time to correct the order since I was driving my kid to practice. The coffee was honestly bitter and I was looking for the sticker order details on my cup and it wasn’t on it to double check my order. I’m a big coffee drinker and sometimes I’ll have an afternoon pick me up I was honestly a bit disappointed. The young lady was very nice and all smiles it also seemed the order was already made by the time I pulled up. I would say just a bit of more attention to detail. Have a great day, hope this is a bit of constructive criticism. I just know this isn’t a vanilla cold brew.

Very nice people work here!! And they don't take anyone's crap, either. I come by early in the am and they are always so kind to me. They make great food suggestions. They know how I like my coffee. Even though it's early, they show up with a positive attitude and I can tell the manager is all about being efficient. The staff can make or break a Starbucks for me. I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding a recent purchase I made at one of your locations. After consuming my drink, I was shocked to discover a foreign object at the bottom of the cup. I have attached a photo for your reference.
