This Starbucks is really amazing. The staff is super nice and always makes customers feel welcome. The drinks taste great, and they never rush you when you’re ordering. It’s a chill place that makes you want to come back.

I understand if you’re going to close early but maybe they should block off the driveway instead having someone reach the speaker and say no more. And then having to back out all the back
This store has really great service, the store is very clean. Our beverages and sausage cheddar sandwiches were perfect.

Funny how the cashier rushes you through your order. Very alarming how management really hurting themselves by not training their staff correctly. The worker there basically rapid fires question to speedrun the order (is there a metric so store owner / corporate gets rewarded if they close an order in a minute?) - giving the customer the impression that they are just another number for them to hit. One suggestion I give to the management, please invest in your worker and have them foster a culture of mutual respect - happy customer leads to happy workers (in theory).

This specific location makes my black tea lemonade w/ acai base just like I like it because most locations water it down too much. A HUGE dislike is that most of the time it's crowded and smelly (lots of homeless and teens) due to the trolley station. My problem with that is that far too many times I've witnessed people go up to touch the cups to see if the drink belongs to them, hands full of germs and what not. I know it's busy but barristas should pay attention to that. Personally I don't want anyone touching my drink.

Service is terrible.... they all have terrible attitudes... they get your order wrong, will take way too long to get your order ready and food will be cold or burned.... might be the worse location......

Went there today (11/3/2025) through the drive through. The barista with blue-ish dyed hair had a disgusting attitude for no reason. She rushed me through my order, and when it was time to pay she was very rude and disrespectful with her tone. She shoved the card reader out of the window to ask for a tip before payment (standard with most Starbucks locations) but couldn’t even look me in the eye and just looked and acted overall like she hates her job. The drink was subpar at most (I ordered a quad shot with additional things in the drink and it was extremely watery. Disappointing given that I paid for the extra shot + cold foam + vanilla sweet cream)
Additionally, a few days prior to today, I had went through the drive thru. The larger man who took my order had messed up. I POLITELY let him know that that wasn’t my order. He proceeded to roll his eyes and give me an attitude, snatched the drink back, and I’m pretty sure that they just poured the drink that was in a grande cup, into a venti cup with extra ice so my drink tasted like ice and milk with no coffee whatsoever. They couldn’t take the time out of their very slow day (wasn’t busy at all at the time I went) to remake my drink that I paid almost $10 for.
I frequently order from this location on DoorDash and they always get my order wrong (missing items, disgusting drinks) so I actually have been taking it upon myself to go to the location and order there. It has been nothing short of a disappointment and a waste of time+money. Not only are the drinks 99% a let down, the staff is unnecessarily rude and stand-offish. 0/10 recommend this location I would give it 0 stars if I could on here. Save your time and money and go visit another Starbucks in the area or a smaller locally owned cafe!

Came in for a cup of ice water money in hand policy is no purchase no water. I get that wasn't asking for free water. Long time customer of Starbucks mostly downtown area. Some things are just common sense didn't want Starbucks bottle water as cashier suggested. Thank God food for less was opening at 6 a.m highly disappointed.

I did not like this location the baristas here had a bad attitude and got my order wrong and when I told them about it they didn't care about what I was saying my drink , I ordered a Carmel ribbon crunch and it was so runny it was disgusting do not come to this location

Not sure if it was a temporary thing or not, but there was nowhere to sit at this location. No tables and chairs, no sofas, no outdoor seating either, nothing. Walked in, and imnediately walked right out to find another location.
