Employees are rude at the drive thru, like if they’re going out things for free. Didn’t get the name of the guy but he was super rude. If he doesn’t want to work he can quit! You don’t need this type of people.

It just smells like hot milk.
I ordered my white mocha and it just tastes like hot milk smells like hot milk.
I even added a stoke's shot, it's the worst i've ever ever tasted.I've been getting my coffee from chevron. I'm sorry guys

Restrooms not open to customers. Dumb.

Come into an underserved community to make massive profits and then limit basic services to the local customers. Very progressive.

At least the emplyoee pointed me in the right direction. Coffee was consistent.

To the district manager of this establishment. I am a paying customer and Starbucks here were not allowing me to use the restroom. Stating they are not public when they are right there, but refusal to allow a common decency to customers.

I heard Starbucks was having some problems with some of its stores and I think it’s because of locations like this. I went to get a coffee and the supervisor was outside smoking a cigarette at the front door. He was blowing smoke in my son Petars face and he has asthma I told him could you be more considerate and not blow smoke in my kids face and he said how about you smoke this pole. I said ok maybe I should have left then and there but I went inside to get a cup of coffee. Minutes later I heard some ruckus coming from behind the counter and I saw the nasty man yelling at some of his employees, I think one of them might have been late to work so he reamed her and made her cry in front of a bunch of customers. So I got harassed before I even walked inside and got to witness some drama while waiting for my cold brew. I know Starbucks hires some strange characters but maybe this is taking it too far. I’m here to get my ice cold drink not to get flashed and watch a girl cry behind the counter. On top of that my son Petar lost his flute somewhere in the store and when he found it and put it in his mouth he said it tasted like number 2. I asked him where he found it and he said in the bathroom so somebody took it in there and shoved it up their behind. Avoid this Starbucks and now I have to take my son to the Dr because he now has crippling depression from this experience and I think I do as well from the guy outside.
