Emily was Extraordinary great! She was friendly and helpful with my crazy teenagers request of a viral tik tok drink. Emily and her coworkers served my drink with friendly inviting attitudes of joy that made me feel good. Thank you for the coffee shop vibez!

They added back seating but could use about 1 or 2 more tables to make one feel more welcome. The staff are great recently, so they get 5 atars. Add that one more table and I am adding a star to make it 5 stars overall.

I was walking in to purchase my favorite drink when city employees who just fixed the potholes on the street came walking out stating they tried to use the bathroom but were told they couldn’t use the bathroom unless they made a purchase. Really Starbucks?? City employees can’t use the bathroom? They were wearing city uniforms. They don’t haul a porta potty on the back of their work truck.

In my personal opinion, this is best Starbucks in San Diego ! The only Starbucks I constantlynsee cleaning , always polite , hardly any issues, they always welcome customers in and I come every morning for most part . Get my dark Carmel frappuccino with sea salt . So I can deffinetly recommend this Starbucks to any Starbucks fan

Perhaps more training would benefit the barristas.
Sketch. No seating in or out. No bathrooms. Dirty.
Nothing we ordered tasted right. :/
Came to get drinks and wanted to get a drink for my sister and I. I wanted to get her normal that she gets a cookie crumble frap and wanted to charge 10 dollars but on the app is only 5 dollars. Absolutely ridiculous then I get my drink and it’s not even full Starbucks needs to be shut down in general it’s too expensive and people don’t know how to make them right
No table or chairs! One of the Starbucks that got lazy for their customers after COVID!
The team of gals at this location work so hard and are so kind to every customer! I come here often. They are always in great spirits and seem to remember a lot of the people that come through. Such a great group!

This Starbucks location is absolutely fantastic, thanks to the amazing team led by Mariella, the manager. Every employee here is friendly, attentive, and provides exceptional service. Mariella’s leadership truly shines through, as the entire staff works seamlessly to create a welcoming and efficient atmosphere. Whether it’s crafting the perfect drink or offering a warm smile, they consistently go above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. Kudos to Mariella and the team for their dedication and hard work!
I come into this location whenever I can’t go to my regular location . I really dislike when I have to come in here because the customer service is poor . Unlike most Starbucks , they rarely greet when I’ve walked in . There’s times that I’ve been literally standing at the register and no ones said anything to me . There’s also a lot of side conversations , which is fine but if I’m waiting to be serviced and the conversations are still going that’s not ok to me . The past few times my order has been taken by a girl with shoulder length hair in a bob with bangs and every time she’s taken my order she’s been very dry and unwelcoming . Also since they keep the straws behind the counter , you have to ask for them . In asking it’s been tossed on the counter even tho I had my hand out to take it which again I felt was rude . I’m not one to complain but like many of us , we’re coming in to have a pleasant and welcoming experience . It just hasn’t been that for me .

The mgr Renee is very rude and sarcastic as a new coffee drinker and getting to know what drinks I like instead of making me feel welcome he made me feel stupid and uncomfortable along with a gentleman in back of me when he was asking about a latte.

As I was patiently waiting for any of the 5 employees to recognize, I was standing to place an order. I witnessed them talking about their Saturday night and social lifelife! Not one of them looked up to notice me. I didn't want to come over rude or intimidating, I just wanted to wait patiently to see if they recognized me standing there. Nevertheless I was about to order but decided to go else were... it's not the first thisnhad happen at this location 3436 College Grove Way (next to T-Mobile). Back it's ridiculous and no only 2 other customers were waiting they just had more attention on each other's than the customer!

Cashier missed typed in our order, when asking to be fixed the girl heating up the food took it personally, told us we should have told the cashier, so we told her that we did tell the cashier then copped a bigger attitude. While I agree it was cashiers fault, there is no reason to have an attitude when we as the customer are explaining the situation that it was neither of our faults. Coping skills is a must in customer service and I hope her day gets better
