I asked for 5 water cups but just the cups because wanted to save them the labor of pouring it for no reason. But she said she would have to charge me for the plastic. Logically that doesn’t make sense because if I would have asked for 5 water cups and they made them, it would’ve been free. How does that make sense. Awful service.

Used to study here in college. Sad to see how unwelcoming its become. No bathroom, no table, no chairs. Just a money maker now. No thought for community. SDSU do better.
There were a lot of people waiting, but the staff looked really chill. They made drinks slowly as if there was no one waiting there . Even there were 3-4 staffs behind the counter , but just one person made drinks. Why didn’t other staffs help her.Moreover, I was supposed to get my drink before the customer who ordered later than me, but they almost forgot my drink . If I hadn’t asked them, would they have forgot mine ?

Thursday 8am. 7 people behind the counter. Only one poor lady was doing the drinks. 5 star on the drink. One of the best Frappuccino ever. With only one doing things at 8am, drinks took a long time in this busy time of the day for coffee. One of the lady only job was to stand by the oven and hand the drink - that’s it!
