Ordered from the app for the drive thru about 10 min before arriving. The snotty, poorly dressed guy at the window was not friendly, seemed put out by having to work, and my coffee(espresso w/ cream, no sugar) was freakin' WRONG. How do you get a 2-ingredient drink wrong? I love Starbucks, but I'll never go to that one again and I'll warn my friends as well.

I ordered two drinks, one being a chai latte and when I got it, it was just hot milk. So I called them and they didn’t apologize. I’m the manager of my work so I’d have to close down to go get it remade so I sent an employee of mine to go get it fixed and they were rude to her and again no apology. Just saying sorry goes a long way, especially when you make a mistake and inconvenience people. I know it’s a stressful and busy job, but it doesn’t take that much effort to be kind, especially when we didn’t make a big deal about it. Don’t worry next time we can yell and make a scene if that helps?

Bad service, they don't ask your name for your drink, they don't greet you, they had coffee and milk spilled there where they make the frappés and the bathrooms were closed and they don't let you know when your drink is ready, every time I go on a trip to Mexico and come back I get there, but well I don't think I'll get there anymore.

Very bad experience. Restrooms were closed. The staff did not look like they wanted to help customers. Management has very low expectations for the staff because the place looks really dirty.

Delicious dishes

Today I ordered Starbucks and ordered my kids drinks as well. Well my son was drinking his drink and told me his drink had something sharp and hard in it so he showed me and it was a sharp hard piece of plastic . I’m so glad he didn’t swallow this because if he did things would have ended up worse. Starbucks needs to do better and be more cleaner and more careful upon serving drinks!!!

I ordered drive-thru, they got the order right but make the coffee wrong.
I ordered 2 frappes and they gave me 2 hot coffee with the sticker that said frappes, I let them know and they laughed, they brought me 2 frappes with the wrong ingredients, they forgot they supposed to be decaf.
They just there wasting time instead of paying attention on the orders, long story short, I didn't even get a napkin. Their customer service is horrible, I'm not going back there.

Drive thru. This branch was my go-to for my Starbucks crave. Apparently, they're out of my two items: ham and cheese croissant and dragon drink. The order taker was less than helpful. She just wanted to hurry us along without suggesting alternatives. My brother even asked if they had another refresher and was met with silence. When she did come back on the speaker, it was in a tone of "well, hurry up and make up your mind!" No apologies or sorry for the inconvenience.
They were efficient, But NOT today!
