I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino through Starbucks app and I ordered a L size which was almost $8. They delivered a smallest size they have. How I’m paying almost $8 for a little size? Maybe the barista needs to be careful with customer orders next time.

Get the same black tea all over the world at Starbucks. This one definitely goes extra heavy on the ice and barely anything in liquid. And their machine took 100% tip on my drink and the manager just says sorry nothing I can do about it. Go elsewhere. Anywhere else. Rude miserable ppl here
I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for YEARS, and Alyssa is consistently the worst part of the experience. She’s rude, dismissive, and always acts like serving customers is a chore. It’s every single time — no smile, no courtesy, just bad energy. I now go out of my way to avoid this location. Management needs to step in.
