I was really disappointed with this Starbucks location. The store was extremely dirty — the floor hadn’t been cleaned in a while, and the trash bins were overflowing. The atmosphere was far from cozy or welcoming, which made it uncomfortable to sit and enjoy a coffee.
The only reason I’m giving one star instead of none is because the staff was friendly and polite. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make up for the overall poor condition of the place. I won’t be coming back.

I came in because I wanted to work but there’s literally 3 seats inside which you have to wait for in case they’re occupied AND there’s no outlets. I was able to work like 20 ish minutes before my laptop died because there was nowhere to plug it in.

This isn’t the first time that I’ve had a bad experience with customer service here. They charged me $3.25 for adding a shot of espresso because the latte tasted just like milk and sugar, but when you modify it on the app, the shot is only $1.25. The ladies there had a bad attitude.

Horrible customer service, i ask twice to re-do my matcha y twice she leave all the powder un the cup she supposedly mixed, i think she’s blind or something. Besides that, they really need a training of how to make the coffees correctly, because this store does what they want.

Worst service ever I ask to please use the restroom and they told me you have to purchase first , after I show multiple receipts and told them I will buy but please let me use restroom first, I just purchased on another Starbucks even showed her receipts on my phone and she said no that was not my store ,on still refused to let me use the restroom, that new policy should not apply for every day customers , last time buying at Starbucks!!!!
