Terrible service, the pressure from the baristas makes them have little patience and treat customers badly, the bathroom is disgusting, I made a $45 purchase and had coffee with my family there, my baby cried only once and the red-haired cashier He said that if he cried again you would have to leave. I know that there is a third place policy, but for that to happen, the child has to cry without stopping and cannot calm down, but my baby calmed down so much that we felt offended on behalf of the unfriendly cashier with little patience who practically ran us out of the place, I will never go again because abusers

I ordered a cup of ice and they gave me a cup of water as specifically requested a cup of the water I am never going back to that Starbucks And they wrongfully spelled my name I was not even giving a receipt for my cup of suppose ice
Kid-friendliness: They don’t understand special needs children please don’t take your special child here never listen I asked a simple request. Nothing too much just a Venti cup of ice I did not ask for anything more than a cup of ice I just asked for a Venti cup of ice

The service in this place is HORRIBLE! I came in at around 1pm and there were 4 baristas. About 3 people waiting for their beverage. But none of the 4 baristas greeted us nor talked to us as we waited . They were doing more talking to each other than actually working. And again, no “we will be right with you in a min.” Nothing. After about 10mins of waiting, we decided to leave.

Came in to use the bathroom at around 6 pm , store was a complete mess with barely any customers. I asked Linda or Lindie whatever her name was , (some hispanic woman) working the front, for the bathroom code. She gave me the code and as soon as I unlocked the door , the bathroom reeked like urine and toilet paper was all over the floor. The toilet was clogged so I just left the bathroom and had informed the lady I had asked for the code about. She was restocking stuff which Im sure she could have waited on. She told me she will take care of the issue. I was waiting for 10-15 minutes even though I needed to use the bathroom urgently. I left without saying anything. I hope the owner will acknowledge this issue with her.

Probably the dirtiest restroom I have ever seen in a Starbucks! It smelled bad, it looked bad, you could tell they never clean it! Looked like a homeless shelter restroom! Sickening and disgusting!

I used to come here every day for YEARS. I was a loyal customer. This used to be a fun starbucks to hang out at before I started my shift at the mall, and I would come a sit for a few minutes during my lunch break as well, while waiting for my afternoon latte and pastry.
Now that theyve gotten rid of all of the seating in this store, theres no point in coming here unless you have plenty of time to stand up and wait for a drink. The original appeal of starbucks is long gone. I dont even bother to come here anymore.
I'd rather go to some other fastfood place where I can actually sit down for a few minutes and enjoy breakfast/lunch before/after my shift at the mall.
