This has honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks location. The staff were not friendly, spoke with noticeable attitude, and made comments about me while I was still standing there and able to hear them, which was very uncomfortable and embarrassing.
There was no greeting or smile when I approached the counter. When “thank you, have a good day” was said, it came across as very sarcastic rather than genuine. Overall, the interaction felt unwelcoming and unprofessional.
This is especially unfortunate because this Starbucks is very convenient to my workplace, and I would like to feel comfortable stopping here. On December 23rd around 7:50 a.m., one employee in particular seemed visibly annoyed and spoke in a sarcastic tone throughout the interaction. She was also talking about me while I was still present, which was upsetting.
I hope this feedback can be used to improve customer service and professionalism at this location.

So nobody is inside the stores doors are locked, yet there are 4 females sitting at a table under an umbrella chopping it up they clearly work here they have Starbucks aprons on. turning people away from since they are on there brake mind you it's 3:03PM people are on they're way to or getting off work.

Favorite starbucks stop. No drive thru but its always a quick in and out if you place a mobile order
Walked in to grab a drink but before ordering I decided to go straight to the bathroom. Lady rudely snapped at me and said “someone’s in the bathroom. And I’m cleaning it after that” the shop was empty. She could’ve just let me use it but she had to mention that she had to clean it right after the person using it. She assumed I only came in to use restroom and clearly did not want me to. Went to the local coffee shop near by instead. Really rude
