Walked in to grab a drink but before ordering I decided to go straight to the bathroom. Lady rudely snapped at me and said “someone’s in the bathroom. And I’m cleaning it after that” the shop was empty. She could’ve just let me use it but she had to mention that she had to clean it right after the person using it. She assumed I only came in to use restroom and clearly did not want me to. Went to the local coffee shop near by instead. Really rude

Moriah was so pleasant, personable and I love her recommendation to keep the chocolate chip cookie in the plastic if I’m eating it later, to keep the freshness. Eva left little pictures on my cup that made my morning better. I recommend Starbucks coffee over the tea. Also, the Apple croissant is good if you haven’t tried it.

The Staff are not very welcoming, no greeting just plain boring, plus certain staff members are not wearing aprons which I’m sure it’s policy to wear one.
