Very disappointed with my visit. I ordered a pastry to be extra warm, but the staff member kept it hidden behind the counter while serving others who came after me. By the time it was finally placed out, it was cold. Poor service and lack of attention ruined what should have been a simple order.

This is by far the worst Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. The staff consistently mess up drink orders — it’s become the norm rather than the exception. One time, I specifically asked for no syrup in my drink. I watched the barista add syrup anyway. When I pointed it out, she told me to “try it first and if you don’t like it, I’ll make a new one.” That’s not how customer service is supposed to work. There’s also one asian male employee who is especially rude and dismissive — he made a mess of my drink and acted irritated when I simply asked about my order. The attitude and lack of professionalism from this team is completely unacceptable. It’s incredibly frustrating because I love Starbucks and usually receive excellent service at other locations. Sadly, I now avoid this store entirely and go out of my way to visit a different one — just to be treated with basic respect. Extremely disappointing.

Went in today for a complete and utter disappointment. Their espresso machine was down so no drink that has espresso in it. There was no cold brew, so no cold coffee. If you're espresso machine is down, you should have a back up plan.

Busy store, would suggest ordering online before arrival
Located in a somewhat hidden plaza, it's still popular with many people walking here on weekdays. The staff makes the drink pretty fast. The building structure is somewhat old but the decorations inside are pretty warming. The wall is decorated with photos from local dogs, they are cute and make me feel grateful. There is also an outside dining area, which might be great on a sunny day.
A real Starbucks! Not one of the ones attached to a Target or Vons. Conveniently located right of the freeway and near a gas station! The staff here have been helpful, there is plenty of parking even when it's busy. A good amount of indoor seating and a great patio with plenty of shade to enjoy.
Vegetarian options: There are always vegetarian selections at Starbucks.
Parking: Smaller parking lot, but it seems adequate for the traffic. There is also street parking near by.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking and entrances, as well as wheelchair accessible indoor and outdoor seating.

It's great to have a nearby Starbucks in case of a coffee emergency, like the one I experienced due to forgetting to put my coffee mug in the car on the way to work.
