Unfortunately, this Starbucks has been disappointing. The level of professionalism among some of the staff is lacking — male and female employees often stare at customers in a way that feels uncomfortable, and they frequently engage in loud conversations and laughter among themselves, which disrupts the atmosphere.
In addition, the service is noticeably slow. Even when there are six or seven customers waiting for their drinks, the staff seems disengaged and inefficient. It’s frustrating to wait so long without any sense of urgency or acknowledgment. I hope management will address these issues to improve both the customer experience and workplace standards.

This location needs to be more proactive about updating what’s available on the mobile ordering system. There’s much better options in both quality and value in the neighborhood and the only thing Starbucks has going for them is convenience, which is undercut when you walk up to find out they’re out of something after you ordered
