Stood there waiting to be acknowledged as woman employee was socializing with woman friend of hers. No eye contact. Nothing. How unprofessional and rude. This occurred late Saturday afternoon. We just left.

Terrible place. It’s a stop over place and no where to sit so you would think they are would be good at making the coffee and food. But they ran out of 80% of the food items. How does that happen? And no sugar or sweetener was added like I asked. The woman that served me rushed to make it even though there’s no one behind me.

This location by the Convention Center rocked it this morning with a huge influx of AVID educators. Positive, efficient, they did a great job with their resources and kept smiles on their faces.

Came here to do some work over a coffee. They pulled all seating - standing room only. They say it’s because of the high number of “incidents”. What has this city come to!?

Despite being extremely busy the cashier was very frustrated and rude.
We asked for an extra cup of ice and he said " we are not doing that right now" people were sticking their cup in the water dispenser.
An employee wiped off whip cream off a customers cup with her hand.

We asked for Strawberry ACAI refresher but they forgot the Strawberry's.

I worked for Starbucks for 10 years in a very fast paced store in the University District of Seattle. I am so impressed with the caliber of the San Diego Gaslamp store. I am here for a conference and ordered a coffee every morning when they were extremely busy. They are fast, accurate, friendly and organized. The employees at this store fully embody the Starbucks vision. Everyone at this store deserves a raise!

I love recieving an extremely watered down version of the wrong product even though I ask to double check it is the correct thing, knowing its not because I watched it being poured from a container labelled otherwise. What a waste of money

Pre-ordered a coffee, when I got there the coffee was already a bit cold. I politely asked if they could re-heat my coffee in the microwave and the barista was super rude about it as she replied with a big fat “NO”. I asked if there’s any other way she can heat up my coffee, she caught an attitude and said she’s not allowed to reheat drinks. There wasn’t a single soul in there, that pissy attitude of hers was very unnecessary- she could’ve offered to remake it (which is their policy if you don’t like it) or I could’ve asked her to remake my coffee, but by her attitude and demeanor I just knew I had no chance of getting what I wanted. I just asked for a cup of ice and called it a day - which she also gave an attitude about.Ugh, 6am is too early to be such a …..Aaaand…. It was the worst cup of coffee I’ve ever had.
