Took half an hour just to get a matcha latte.
I ordered 4 scoops of matcha, and this is what I got (as in the photo).
It tasted like a plain milkshake — no matcha flavor, no aroma at all.
Super disappointed.

this place is now just basically a drive thru with a front counter for walkins. there are no tables nor chairs to rest, and public restrooms are closed off.

Staff are polite and respectfull.

The big issue is they refuse to cash out gift cards when low which is required by california law. No business should be able to operate unlawfully with impunity to profit no matter how small the charge.

Great and fast service. Got my drink quickly, a nice way to kickoff the football weekend! Wish Starbuck sold the cherry blossoms cups leading up to Christmas, would have bought several of them.

Starbucks in the communities where people of color are there are no tables or bathroom access. I've decided I can no longer buy the coffee. I know this doesn't stop the show. I've researched and found other options.

After a couple of challenging years, pre-pandemic and during the pandemic, this store has worked their butts off to create a very welcoming and personalized atmosphere. The morning staff never fails to acknowledge everyone who walks through the door, and they make those of us who are repeat customers feel very seen and heard! Kudos to the team for the outstanding customer service that never feels fake!

This Starbucks is among the best I’ve been to (and I’ve been to a lot of them!). The team is so professional AND pleasant AND fun. They are a very efficient and friendly machine! Airiana made my drink recently and it was perfect! She’s the best. Love the whole team!!

Unfortunately this is the nearest starbucks to my house. Coming here on weekdays there's no problem and baristas are alert and energetic. Something about the women they schedule on the weekends makes this place terrible.

They don't have the order on time so ordering ahead is pointless. They make the order wrong because they put a new nervous girl making the coffee. They don't look so healthy so they also move at a sloth pace.

Probably a franchise location which contributes to the poor quality of workers. You're better off going out of your way to the Starbucks on Texas st where they know what they're doing

Rainy day, my wife asked for a hot drink and food. Got to store, requested a frapp and a pike with creamer and no sugar. Drinks were correct but the sandwich were given incorrectly. Instead of a sausage sandwich we were given the beacon sandwich. There were no restroom on the place. Wife had to walk to adjacent restaurant in the middle of rain. This place needs an update
