I visited the Starbucks location at the address above after placing a mobile order. I urgently needed to use the restroom, so I approached the cashier (a heavy-set, slightly tall male employee) and politely asked for the restroom code. I repeated multiple times that I was a paying customer and showed that I had already placed my order through the mobile app.
Despite this, the employee refused to provide the code and spoke to me rudely and disrespectfully. He repeatedly said, “You need to buy something,” even though I explained that I already had—through mobile order. His behavior was unprofessional, cold, and unnecessarily aggressive.
He then directed me to another female employee. After I explained the situation to her, she immediately provided the code. I later learned that she was the shift supervisor.
I consider the male employee’s behavior unacceptable, unprofessional, and discriminatory. Some of the other employees in the store also heard the interaction.
The supervisor informed me that she noted the incident and that the store manager would be present the next day. Although I appreciate that, I would still like to file this formal written complaint for corporate review.
I am a long-term and frequent Starbucks customer, and I regularly dine at various Starbucks locations. Experiencing such disrespect at a corporate establishment is disappointing. I kindly request that you take disciplinary action regarding this employee and ensure proper customer service standards are reinforced.
Security cameras will confirm that around 5:05 PM, I entered the store with a smile, greeted warmly, and yet the employee responded with a rude attitude and facial expression.
I also operate a restaurant in the city center, and I know very well how customers should be treated. This kind of behavior does not reflect the values of a reputable company like Starbucks.

I went to this Starbucks today, and quite frankly I think this is the last time I’ll spend my money at Starbucks all together because it’s just absolutely terrible lately . I picked up breakfast with my husband, and upon coming home found mold on my bacon Gouda, I called and immediately was questioned by the person on the phone like I was making this up, she asked me to take a picture of it and bring it back, I really don’t like to return food and drinks even when it’s the wrong item... but both of my food items were disgusting. That was pretty annoying, then I went to take a bite of my potato bites I got and they tasted absolutely rancid…so I had my husband just bring back both food items so they could see I know what mold looks like since, they did make me a new sandwich, and refunded the bites. But clearly somebody needs to watch their food handling better. This was unacceptable, and disgusting.

It's a good Starbucks. The people are friendly and efficient. I got drink suggestions when I didn't know what to order.

In 2024 Starbucks, announced its initiative to make its locations more welcoming as “sit and stay” cafes. This café was unexpectedly the opposite. It has a large space, but upon arrival I found they intentionally have no seating to “sit and stay” to enjoy the coffee and food I had ordered ahead. The next Starbucks is a 25 minute walk away. You’re better going off to one of the many other cafés in the neighborhood if you’re looking for an enjoyable experience.
Honestly, the drinks and customer service at this location are consistently top-notch. The team here is always friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what they do. Every drink I’ve ordered has been made perfectly, and the overall vibe is welcoming and professional. It’s refreshing to see such a high standard of quality and care—this location truly stands out.
I always go here in the mornings everyone is very sweet, but this afternoon there was two workers place empty. I greeted the girl infront w a smile and she had the weirdest attitude and once i gave her the same energy back she wanted to change. Also my drink, i always get a strawberry frappe and always ask for no puree on the bottom of the cup because it makes the drink kind of nasty and they always satisfy my request but this time apparently they couldnt and it was just made that way? Im not one to write reviews but this irritated me. Morning shift keep it up yall do great for mornings

Maybe their drinks are good, but we stopped to get a latte and go to the bathroom but no dice. CVS also has no bathroom. Must he homeless area, although it looks ok.

There is zero seating. It would be helpful if they made that clear on these maps. So here, if you’re looking for a place to sit with your coffee, you may want to go elsewhere.

This Starbucks location is fantastic! The staff are always friendly and efficient, ensuring quick service even during busy times. The coffee and snacks are consistently delicious and made to perfection. Comfortable seating and free Wi-Fi, makes it a great spot to work, relax, or catch up with friends. Clean and well-maintained, it’s the perfect place for a caffeine fix and a bit of downtime. Highly recommended!

Always the best jams in here and even better, the nicest staff. If I ever have an issue with my order, which rarely happens, but they always make it right. Today, I came in a second time because I accidentally spilled my venti cold brew before I even got 1/4 of the way in. I ordered another on the mobile and when I mentioned that I spilled my first one (mostly so they didn't judge me for having 2 venti drinks before noon), she offered me a free drink card without me even asking. They even said that they wouldn't have judged me for a 2nd venti ??. Seeing these happy and nice people first thing in the morning is such a great way to start the day!! Thank you guys for being so kind.
