Hey Starbucks in mission valley San Diego! I have found your next executive and partner for your future endeavors. Her name is Siena and she made my M’Fn day! I asked about the pralines cold brew coffee which is a seasonal drink and I know it’s technically not on the current menu. Well, she decided to go above and beyond her normal duties to provide impeccable customer service and make my day.
She made me the drink and was so pleasant in providing me with an experience I won’t be forgetting. It’s moments like this that go unnoticed and under appreciated but not today. Today I want to highlight you Siena, thank you for making my day and sharing a laugh about my crazy ass. You’re awesome and have a great day!

I picked up an Grande Iced Coffee from this Starbucks. This location is basically a drive thru. I ordered at the walk up window. There is plenty of room for outside seating on their patio, but none is available, which is a bummer.
The iced coffee was pretty good, but just a little stronger than I would of liked. They put cinnamon in it as I requested. The young lady at the counter was very nice and had a good sense of humor.

Openly gossiping about other customers under your breath while customers can clearly hear you is the most unprofessional thing. There is a certain demographic that they tend to hire here, which leads to nothing but accelerated drama. These queens litterally feed off each other. Worst Starbucks I have even been too on top of having super diluted over iced drinks. I pass them and go straight to the Ralph’s Starbucks. It doesn’t smell like transients in there. Nothing can save this place other than a management change.

The lady has a problem. She’s providing the service with the attitude. We asked with 1 extra cup and 1 straw. She looked bothersome and told my friend don’t put his hand over the window.
In general, the impression is not bad. The place is quite convenient, the service is fast, but not entirely attentive - I had to remind you of one of the order points. After the remark, the problem was fixed, although without much enthusiasm. The interior is nice, but the atmosphere could be a little warmer. I'll be back again, but with less expectation.
