The drink was terrible. It had a weird taste. I had to ask for a refund, the first time ever at a Starbucks, actually at any coffee shop or restaurant. I never ask for a refund.

Placed my order at 3:04pm, app said it would be ready by 3:06-3:10pm. Someone I know placed their order after me and got their drink before me. I was asked what was my drink so I told him and he was barely going to make it (this was around 3:15) I needed to get back to work already so asked for a refund and was refused because "he was already making it". It was a grande dragon drink , it didn't have any dragonfruit in it and it tastes like pure coconut milk and water. Waste of money. This is about my 3rd or 4th time here since it's so close to my job but all times I have been disappointed.

Tried out this Starbucks location for the first time since they've moved over to where Burger King used to be & they now have a drive through! Got through fairly quickly with friendly customer service. My sandwiches were piping hot . Tried out the caramel ribbon crunch frappe & it was so good! Fast paced. Parking lot is a nightmare if you're not used to the chaos.

Price for Americano 3.95?! When across the street is 3.75 ! What you is the difference? Do you add golden beans to the coffee or what?

Dumbest Starbucks I’ve ever seen. I ordered for pick up not knowing the location & they only have 2 spots to park in & they are located in the corner of a gas station. You have to wait for someone to pull out of the spot & then awkwardly walk up their ramp. Poorly designed. Not easy in & out.

The service is good, coffee tastes good but the staff need to smile a little more and talk to the customers and pay attention to customer service rather than greeting each other and talking to each other instead

they got rid of all the power outlets and didnt put a sign or anything before I ordered my drink.

One of the most efficient and busiest Starbucks I've ever been to. They are quite busy with their drive-thru and the store is big enough to have a lot of people always in there with their laptops. Never had a problem with my orders and their always fast and friendly no matter how busy they get!

This location has a huge dine-in area. On a weekday mid-morning, it was busy but not crowded inside. Parking can be a challenge. It's right next to a bunch of Tesla charging stations, so it's convenient for those drivers. I prefer to order on the app. Got a matcha Frappuccino that tasted fine. Bathrooms were clean, and people were friendly.

Popped my Starbucks Drive-thru cherry!!Yep you read that right! My first ever drive-thru Starbucks order! Location:In the heart of Mission Valley and easy to find near other businesses such as Ralphs, CVS, and other restaurants. It's also by the 163 freeway. There is also parking available if you want to go down. I have yet to go inside (perhaps a future updated review). The drive-thru lines can get busy during rush hour, but I came on a slow off day/time. Customer service:Employee was so friendly and welcoming! She even said I did a great job on my first order LOL! My order was perfectly right: Venti hot Cafe Americano, splash of almond milk, and 3 shots of chai tea! The wait was super short too. Love when everything runs smoothly like that. I'll come back again and again if the lines are short! Thanks for the great first time drive-thru experience. I'm no longer initimidated. LOL

Store hours sign states open at 6am. Five minutes to 7am door is locked. A nice man came to the door, and told me they were not open. I pointed to the sign and he said, "I know."

This place can get busy but the staff is always composed and professional. The employees make an effort to engage with their customers, either new or regular, and the drinks are well made. The seating layout allows for a constant flow of orders with plenty of seating for patrons inside and out.I have seen some customers upset that there are not outlets available for public use, but that is not the fault of the staff. Just something to know and plan for ahead of time.
