This Starbucks needs to be trained better and need to learn respect. Today around 8:20am the cashier at this location was extremely rude to my girlfriend for no reason she had so much aggression in her voice and was talking down to my girlfriend due to her politely asking where to pick up the order. She needs to grow up or get a job not working customer service. I will be reporting her to corporate.

I’ve been a loyal customer at this location for over two years, spending around $1,000 so far and was planning to spend at least another $1,000 in the coming years. That’s more than $2,000 in lifetime value that this store just lost in seconds due to the poor behavior of one barista.
The short, gray-haired barista should not be interacting with customers in their current state. While they may have been technically correct in what they were doing, their attitude, tone, and lack of basic customer communication skills were deeply unprofessional and unacceptable. What made the situation worse was that after our interaction, while I was standing outside by the door, they began taking pictures of me without my consent.
This behavior is far below the standards of Starbucks’ values and customer service, and it left me incredibly disappointed. I strongly recommend they should be retrained and required to complete courses in customer communication and crisis management before continuing in a customer-facing role.
No loyal customer should be treated this way, and unless this is addressed, Starbucks risks losing not just me but many others who expect respect and professionalism when they walk through the door.

IM gonna be a Karen today, I’ve NEVER made a review . but jaquelyn AND Dunn were so unwelcoming today, everytime i come I love it because of the customer service but not this time. My friend used their bday rewards and were so dry and we didn’t get a smile or a happy bday from any of them. I understand they’re stressed and busy but baby this is ur job, and it made me want to leave right after.im sure they’re amazing people but BOTH of them were so sour. But they ate with the drinks tho!

The baristas are quite short and not very pleasant. Maybe they are overworked since it's a busy location 🤷

I bought the coffee I always drink at 9.37 this morning and it was prepared in a terrible way . Milk is not added to this coffee later.

This place was very friendly clean and attentive baristas...5* and more
This is the best Starbucks there is. There are regulars at the coffee bar and the staff knows their customers, providing a local breakfast club atmosphere that you would just not expect. It's a real positive community vibe going on here.

The girl who served me was very rude, I’m old enough to be her father told me to say thank you didn’t even wait for me to say it this is rude and this is up to the customer to say thank you if he or she gets good service

The EMPLOYEE named ROXY was absolutely rude and disrespectful!!! I told her that I had a free drink for my Birthday and she refused to let me use it. I told her that I had gotten an email saying that it was still valid but she refused to believe me. I would NEVER lie about something like that but she clearly thought I did. She also was rushing me to order and seemed bothered by the fact that I only wanted to order one drink and not multiple. She then rolled her eyes at me and told me “I can’t give it you, and I’m not going to, if you want you can pay full price but that’s about it, what do you want me to do?” She simply could’ve asked a manager and fixed the issue then but she did not even give me the option to do that. Rude and disrespectful people like this deserve to retrained or better yet belong on the unemployment line!!! DISRESPECT IS NEVER OK AND SHOULD NEVER BE TOLERATED!!!

When you tell the starbucks employee what you want in your drink why don't they listen.Than when you don't want a another drink to make up for the mistake they get defensive. I SAT DOWN IN MY SEAT AND THEY HAD TO HAVE THE LAST COMMENT. I SAID TO HER PLEASE DONT SPEAK TO ME ITS DONE.JUST MAKE THE DRINKS OR FOOD AS THE CUSTOMER AKS FOR.Starbucks is loosing they customer service.Sad.
