The girl who served me was very rude, I’m old enough to be her father told me to say thank you didn’t even wait for me to say it this is rude and this is up to the customer to say thank you if he or she gets good service

The EMPLOYEE named ROXY was absolutely rude and disrespectful!!! I told her that I had a free drink for my Birthday and she refused to let me use it. I told her that I had gotten an email saying that it was still valid but she refused to believe me. I would NEVER lie about something like that but she clearly thought I did. She also was rushing me to order and seemed bothered by the fact that I only wanted to order one drink and not multiple. She then rolled her eyes at me and told me “I can’t give it you, and I’m not going to, if you want you can pay full price but that’s about it, what do you want me to do?” She simply could’ve asked a manager and fixed the issue then but she did not even give me the option to do that. Rude and disrespectful people like this deserve to retrained or better yet belong on the unemployment line!!! DISRESPECT IS NEVER OK AND SHOULD NEVER BE TOLERATED!!!

When you tell the starbucks employee what you want in your drink why don't they listen.Than when you don't want a another drink to make up for the mistake they get defensive. I SAT DOWN IN MY SEAT AND THEY HAD TO HAVE THE LAST COMMENT. I SAID TO HER PLEASE DONT SPEAK TO ME ITS DONE.JUST MAKE THE DRINKS OR FOOD AS THE CUSTOMER AKS FOR.Starbucks is loosing they customer service.Sad.

This is what I tip Starbucks for? Slow food and lost communication between the staff. No one knows if my sandwich was done between 3 people. I ask one person has my sandwich been done since it's been ten minutes. One lady says ummm did you order online? I told her I ordered here. She assumes that I knew the other girl was gonna check on it. So I ask her and she says I don't know she's checking. The other girl wasn't even checking. I had to ask the girl I ordered from and my sandwich was in a completely different pick up spot, no name on it , No one called anything. By the time I get it it's squished and cold. No one said sorry. Lack luster service. You would think with inflation people would up their service especially when asking for tips before the service is even done. I expect way better from Starbucks. Staff was working July 3rd 930am. No teamwork or communication what so ever

Work remote ??3/4. Ok all, this is Starbucks so we all know what to expect. Why I enjoy this location... Starbucks Reserve selection, plug ins ample and still available (many Starbucks removing), two communal tables to spread out, reliable WiFi, ample parking and located next to restaurants, postal store, banks, cell store, homestores, Costco w/ gas etc. I can basically get every errand completed for the day and not move my car. Bring headphones, noise level varies. Why I don't like this location... seats are hit and miss on weekends, and bring a sweater it can be chilly.

We used to come here a lot, then I moved. So now, whenever I have shopping to do at Costco I always enjoy stopping by. This location is clean and neat and the staff are very friendly. Coffee is made good and almost always an open seat. The only reason for the 4 star is the homeless guy that almost every time is here and asking for a dollar

Great customer service. Fast service and order is always correct. Very clean, bathroom, lounge area and outside perimeter all kept very nice. The crews are always working hard and positive, not gossiping about customers or each other . People in charge seem like great leaders, looks like a happy place to work!.............

Extremely! poor customer service from the morning staff. I ordered oatmeal with 1/4 splash of sweet cream. I recieved a small bowl of milk. When I asked if it could be made over the batista seemed to believe the issue was in the amount of sweet cream that I ordered rather than the large amount of water she kept adding to the oats. Making it a soupy mess. Regardless, of how polite or "soft spoken" a customer is they are treated as if they are a raging "karen" and it isn't okay. Linked pictures
