We used to come here a lot, then I moved. So now, whenever I have shopping to do at Costco I always enjoy stopping by. This location is clean and neat and the staff are very friendly. Coffee is made good and almost always an open seat. The only reason for the 4 star is the homeless guy that almost every time is here and asking for a dollar

Great customer service. Fast service and order is always correct. Very clean, bathroom, lounge area and outside perimeter all kept very nice. The crews are always working hard and positive, not gossiping about customers or each other . People in charge seem like great leaders, looks like a happy place to work!.............

Extremely! poor customer service from the morning staff. I ordered oatmeal with 1/4 splash of sweet cream. I recieved a small bowl of milk. When I asked if it could be made over the batista seemed to believe the issue was in the amount of sweet cream that I ordered rather than the large amount of water she kept adding to the oats. Making it a soupy mess. Regardless, of how polite or "soft spoken" a customer is they are treated as if they are a raging "karen" and it isn't okay. Linked pictures

I am their regular customer. Most of the times I came here, the employees are very nice and friendly. However, I had a very bad experience today with one of the new employees. She had a very bad attitude and provided bad customer service. I had my mobile order as usual. I stopped at the store to pick up my coffee 15minutes later after my order. I was told the coffee was not ready, but I understood that sometimes they're busy. But 15 minutes later I stopped by again and the coffee's still not ready. I asked the girl who worked there to help me to check it. But she did not look very happy, and she found my order on the tablet. She didn't apologize or else. Showed me her bad attituded and said would make my coffee. At the same time, a few more customers had mobile orders like me. One of them ordered 10 minutes ago, but he already had his coffee. That's why he asked me to check with them again. Yes, I was the last one to get my coffee even though I had a mobile order 30 minutes ago. One of the girls who worked there wanted to make a coffee for me, but the girl who's in the picture below with black hair said she would take care of it. I think she did it on purpose. She really needs to be trained in customer service. Anyway, thank you for your guys' service!

I just left this location with my boy friend and I didn't want to forget to thank the girl who gave him his birthday drink he's been having a pretty shitty last few days and the way you treated him really lifted his spirits. I entered through the copy and paste entry to another corporate coffee bar. It smelled of burned beans, and the music was overly pretentious indie music.As I shook off the grueling experience at the hands of Costco, I stood in what looked like a line. 10 minutes later, it occurred to me that this was a gathering of people with nowhere to sit.As I made my way through decorative mugs and crowds, I simply placed an order on the app. That is when I saw Ben Shapiro. He was sipping a venti green tea mocha latte frap from a giant bottle shaped like the Fox news logo. I pointed him out, and we all had a laugh. Then, without warning, he vanished into a small hole in the wall like a rat.Then I found the counter where my order awaited me. Freshly over roasted bean juice priced for maximum profits. The warmth fed my consumer soul, which is just a vacant lot that should be my parents' approval.Honestly, if you made it this far - respect. I know it isn't because you have no idea what a Starbucks is.
