The coffee is always solid, and the staff here are friendly, but the vegetarian food options are really limited. I wish there were more fresh, healthy choices beyond just pastries and pre-packaged snacks. Would love to see a few more plant-based sandwiches or wraps on the menu.

One of the consistently and absolutely very best Starbucks in all of San Diego County. The staff is always fantastic: I've been coming here for well over 10 years. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, FAST and efficient. Remarkably, given how busy they are, they do remember their customers! ❤️🙌 Always well stocked, it would be very rare for them to be sold out of something, unlike smaller stores who occasionally/regularly run out of my preferred soy milk or caramel syrup. There is ample parking given that there's a Chili's restaurant right next door. Gas station on the other side so there's a lot of convenience in the location. It's right off the freeway and is very easy to dip in and out of. They also have nice seating so it's a great place to hang out as well. One of my favorite and mainstay Starbucks. ❤️🏆🥳

Came at 11pm and there were three workers inside working. They said they were closed. Why don’t you guys update the sign if you guys are not open 24 hours.
Everyone that work here are super nice! They are great at customer service, and I really appreciate their effort! I had to change my order twice and they were able to accommodate so well I wish I gave them a better tip! I’ll have to come back again to get them back :)

This store — specifically Cade (a manager) consistently refuses to honor their corporate refill policy and harass customers that visit Starbucks DAILY.
Most recently, advising a beverage is not elegible for refill if the original beverage is not in a reusable cup — assistant manager brought the iPad over to me and couldn’t verify it himself and just walked away after wasting my time without admitting he was wrong? NO APOLOGY?
Meanwhile, the manager sits at a table eating her salad with another employee not in uniform telling her staff on the radio she can’t speak with me because she’s “on a phone call” — highly unprofessional which demonstrates why the leadership at this location makes up their own rules and harasses CUSTOMERS who take time to leave their feedback.
I’ve visited 50+ Starbucks locations and this one near the only one with such ignorant staff that don’t know the policies of the company they work for — stealing from customers as a result.
UPDATE: there are some very nice and highly professional staff working here as well — unfortunately, it’s the manager and assistant managers which appear to be the issue.

Most places try to rush you Don't let you think, maybe I change my mind on something or want to add a snack for kiddos. But here they where very humble and nice. Didn't rush me I would definitely drive to this location even if I have one around corner of my house. Ty for making good quality coffee and vibes 😌

Wow, I came here today around 4:30pm and felt so rushed at the mic by the girl. There was no one in front of me, there was no line. All she kept saying was “is that all..” in a very rude and rushing demeanor. This used to be my favorite location. Hopefully they find more polite workers.
