This is the slowest location in the neighborhood. The quality is fine, but it always takes 3x as long to get something here as at the other location down the street.
I had specifically asked to pay in cash and confirmed with the barista that the total was $6.75. I handed her exactly that, $6 in bills, two quarters, two dimes, and one nickel, which is $6.75. She dropped the coins, I picked them up and gave them back, and then she had the audacity to tell me it wasn’t enough. On top of that, she made some ridiculous comment about the coins “already making up a dollar,” which makes absolutely no sense. Instead of correcting herself, she kept insisting I was short and gave me attitude the entire time.
Because I was in a rush, I just threw her another dollar to end the nonsense, but I left absolutely furious. I shouldn’t have to pay more just because the worker can’t do basic math. The whole interaction was unprofessional, frustrating, and a complete waste of my time. I will not be coming back to a place that employs incompetent staff with zero customer service skills.

I mobile ordered an iced Matcha latte and it looks really gross. Ive never asked anyone to remake my drink before so I was nervous to ask, but when I asked them, they were really nice about it. If they were irritated they didn’t show it and make me feel bad. The one guy who works Tuesday and maybe Thursday morning who wears a black apron is really nice.
However the matcha is never a consistent color which makes me sad
Edit: I’ve been back and my matcha was literally white and I had them remake it again I will never be coming to this store again they’re employs literally don’t care about customer satisfaction what so ever

I finally had my last straw with this location today and had to make a review. I been coming to this Starbucks for about 5 months now since working near by I always order half decaf. On multiple situations I’ve had to specify please make sure whomever is making my they know half decaf of 2/3 etc. I have even had to make it a point during my ordering it’s due to medical conditions that are sever health risk bc many times I would know they didn’t make it right even though they assured me it was . Today I ordered a single shot Americano and there is no way in heck you can tell this color is a single shot!!!!! . At any other Starbucks it’s always a light brown but this Starbucks for whatever reason this location never gets it right. I understand these young people are rushing . However they do not take into consideration the way people order per person are not just to be picky , and in many cases need to be taken most seriously rather then rushing people in and out. I will not be back to this location , and much rather go to another location where my money and tips are not risking me heart palpitations or spasm every time they give me an order incorrectly the last 5 months . This color in this cup is easily a million words at least 3-4 caffeinated shots of caffeine like a normal Americano . I specifically ORDERED ONE SINGLE SHOT AND WHEN I SAW IT I ASKED THE GIRL AT THE DRIVE THOUGH, ARE U SURE THIS IS ONE SHOT AND SHE ONCE AGAIN ASSURES ME IT WAS. she didn’t even bother to ask the person who made it or recognize it looked wrong.

I wish you could rate 0 stars!!!!! rudest workers ever and I say that as someone who has only worked in food/customer service. they were not only lazy and inattentive, they were rude when you asked for the simplest thing like sugar packets or a splash of milk for your toddler ($3.45 for that apparently).

I usually don’t complain. But today Didn’t catch the name of the cashier working I think her name was (Lindsey ) the drive thru but she did an exceptional job at providing horrible customer service. She stated she couldn’t hear me when I repeated my order she sounded like she had an attitude. When I went to the window she was rolling her eye and talking to the other workers so unprofessional. I come every morning and I won’t be back .
I don't know if they just look for people that are just insanely rude but they consistently have employees that are so disrespectful. Why does it have to be this one that I live so close to.
