I don’t know how this place is still open. The worst Starbucks. Drive thru open when ever they want. Constantly out of teas and the worst attitude from employees.
UPDATE. I was lazy and decided to go here instead of the one on grand. Threw my drink away. Corporate really needs to shut this place down. ONG

Shout out to SAMMY! She was so cool. I really needed an energy drink and my favorite liquor store, the Hub on Mission, was closed. It was like 6:30 AM and I really needed something other than coffee. She said,” hold on, I think we have some in the back” and I told her to give them all to me, ha ha. I don’t know if it’s just luck or the fact that she cared, but they also had zero sugar! I’m grateful for that..SO very grateful. Thank you for caring Sammy. You’re amazing at what you do! Starbucks is lucky to have you. Thank YOU!😊

Visiting from Vegas, and I have to give so much thanks to this location. My daughter is 5 and we went here every morning, they were so sweet to her. Special thanks to Dallas, and to the manager with black hair, bangs and super cute glasses. Getting our drinks every morning and sitting on the beach was such a special experience. Ordered extra strawberries and had less than a normal order does. Location is old and worn down. Bathroom was out of order, staff closed the order on the app saying it was done then took an extra 5 minutes to get my drink. Very disappointed, especially for what they charge!

Bought a large coffee at 5.25am. Too cold to sit outside their window so I sat in my car. Went back in for a refill and they wanted full price because I didn't sit outside in the cold. Will never return to this Starbucks. I spend most mornings at Starbucks while traveling but I will re think my coffee shops.
