Absolutely loved coming to this Starbucks every morning while staying at nearby hotel (was able to walk there)! The service was fantastic (Heather, Ella, and Sammy) every time I visited. They open promptly at 5am which was super helpful when trying to squeeze activities in all day. The drinks were delicious and the whole walk-up concept was convenient. They do have limited parking and a drive thru as well.

I just got a venti matcha frap from an angel at your location named Savannah 🥰 she was so warm and friendly definitely made my day getting such excellent service from an outstanding employee y’all have she even wrote have a great day on my cup with hearts she totally melted my heart I’m making this my favorite Starbucks experience ever plz give her employee of the month or a free drink or something 🥰🥰

Took almost 30-40 min to get 1 drink. They prioritize the drive through even without a line. Terrible customer service. The barista told me she makes minimum wage and cannot do anything about the wait. Longest I have ever waited for a drink at Starbucks. This is a prime location, Starbucks should equip this location with enough staff to handle the amount of people that come here on a Saturday morning. Truly bad experience!!

My husband and I love Starbucks. But the staff at this location were very difficult. They refused to make our drink orders the way we requested, after making them incorrect. We visit Starbucks every day and spend at least $10 per day. We are visiting from out of town and this particular Starbucks location is very confrontational.
Hate smell / taste of coffee. Especially overpriced coffee they serve pretentious clientele. Just here to meet someone.
