The staff here are very friendly and pleasant. They greet you as you walk in. The service is very good. The coffee is always hot and fresh. The desserts are very tasty. However the ham and cheese sandwich should have less cheese. Maybe your company should invest in a panini machine to make it taste better than using the microwave.

Shame on you Starbucks for allowing the hotel to jack your prices so badly. $64 for 3 mochas and 3 bacon sandwiches ($11/ea).

I would have skipped it but we were on our way somewhere and Starbucks is generally our go to, but we will go elsewhere the rest of the weekend.

Other Starbucks enjoyers beware of price!

Nice place inside the hotel. But boy do you pay for it being convenient. Think airport prices and then add a buck or two. My normal Starbucks $5.95 trenta cold brew, here $9.95. Great staff and location, if you need your fix it's gonna cost ya.

$21 for a grande coffee and a sandwich. Ridiculous. That's before any tip (that rude lazy staff thinks you owe them). But it is California and entitlements don't pay for themselves.

Don't go here. The markup is insane, even more than any airport I've ever been to. Just spare yourself. It's 100% markup. 20 bucks will be 40 bucks here. Awful.

Tbh, I didn't really look at the prices too hard (which seems to be the main complaint others have for this spot), as I was expensing the medicine ball & pastry I got. The service was quick enough, and the staff were polite.

They should change their staff, super bad attitude, the guy who served us didn't even try to speak in Spanish, he didn't understand the word latte either, we are 20 minutes from Tijuana, do me a ridiculous favor, terrible attitude, plus the coffee is the same as his attitude and his colleagues spoke Spanish and did not approach, all with a bad attitude towards the customer

Convenient location inside the Hotel. Fast and friendly service. Prices are higher than typical Starbucks so be prepared for that. Overall, a typical Starbucks stop inside a hotel!

This location doesn't do mobile ordering and doesn't honor Starbucks birthday rewards. Go elsewhere.

The worst Starbucks ever. Prices are all inflated (one breakfast sandwich was literally listed as more than double the price of any other Starbucks stores nationwide) with the rationale being that since Marriott (hotel) owns this Starbucks and it's not an official chain - they can literally charge whatever they want. This was in the words of the cash register person I spoke with asking why my sandwich was more than double the price I paid just down the street at an actual Starbucks store the day before. Avoid unless you're absolutely dying and in need of exorbitantly priced Starbucks items. What a complete rip-off. Check your receipts and be sure to ask for the itemized receipt.

I was surprised at how overpriced the coffee is at this location. Shocking. I spent 7 dollars on a tall soy latte. You can go to the Starbucks across the street and get the same thing for under 5 dollars. Capitalism at its best!
