A pretty good Startbucks with good service. The orders take a little long to come out, even without a drive thru, but they get it done.I had a black iced tea with no sugar. They tea flavor was very light or water down. It definitely needed to be darker and have more black tea flavor.

Waited 25 minutes past the time the app said it would be ready. This place is SEVERALLY understaffed. The place was filled to the brine with people waiting for their mobile orders that were all close to a half hour overdue. Why is there such a disconnect from the times the app says and the actual bandwidth of the store. Who is in charge of staffing this location?? It's just two young people scrambling to keep up with dozens of orders all at once. Management needs to be replaced and Starbucks needs to figure out how to do accurate estimations of order tones. You're telling me this multi billion dollar company can't figure this basic thing out?

They are really wonderful here. Everything you hope for.Just don't be a Karen demanding things and acting entitled, or some creep obsessed with the young women working there. I saw that a couple of times sitting inside.

Moved to Clairemont back in 2018 and this Local Starbucks has been my go to ever since. Highly appreciate the employees there, since becoming a regular here at this location. They always make my coffee just right .

I don’t know how you are still in business. The coffee tastes burned, the food looks and tastes like it’s been sitting out for 3 days, and you don’t let people try your other roasts. You only brew 3 different kinds. That’s a huge mistake from a business perspective. Why can’t you brew and showcase blends you are selling and let people decide what they buy? I used to come here to study and got drinks but I can’t deal with burned coffee. It’s a very basic thing you can’t seem to know how to do.

Let's be honest. We all go to Starbucks for the go to drinks and consistency. I got both at this location. The reason for my 5 stars is the super friendly gal taking my order, the little positive tidbits posted on the windows, and the Louie Armstrong crooning in the background. Those seemingly little things take a generic coffee ordering experience at a generic coffee place to the next level.
