Ordered a 16oz drip in person inside the store and proceeded to wait 10 minutes while staff took care of mobile and drive thru orders. Finally decided to speak up to discover my coffee had been sitting under the dispenser the whole time. All they had to do was hand it to me. Tired of Starbucks misguided priorities. Currently at a local coffee shop shop instead!!

I love this place. It especially feels like home thanks to Kris, who does all the small little things that matter. Such as calling out "Emily" when there are no traditionally female folk in the store. No assumptions and the highest levels of service.

I ordered Americano with extra room. The typical Starbucks coffee flavor is simply not there. I purposely go to Starbucks because they have good coffee, this one disappointed.
I tried the link that you provided and it doesn't work. It takes me to a Starbucks site that allows me to report directly to SB but part of the report requires a picture of the product. When I try to provide (a very small) photo, the website hangs. Lame.

Long haired African guy working at the drive through has serious attitude problem. My app didnt work due to starbucks app being down and he literally insulted me like i can't afford the coffee. He made me feel not valued. I will never come back to this location.

Ordered 8 Frappuccinos via mobile order for pick up through the drive through. Arrived at the drive through and the order was not quite ready. Batista told me to pull forward to the window. Arrived at the window and was told "Um, it's not ready. You can just come in" Pulled around and went inside. Once my order was finished (incorrectly I might add on 3 of the drinks) my name was called, followed by a very snarky "You're mini mountain of Frappuccinos is done" I guess doing their job in large quantities is bothersome for them.
