The dirty chais were well made as was the bacon, egg, gruyere sandwich. The 2 orders of bacon, gruyere, egg bites were inedible and tasted chemically. We have never had an issue with them before.

Came for two bacon egg & goudas and Kerry approached me to welcome me and give me recommendations for some other food for next time. She was so sweet and friendly, did not have to go out of her way to chat but it made my day. Kerry you rock, keep shining!

Absolutely terrible policy. I stopped by this Starbucks needing to use the restroom and was told I couldn’t unless I made a purchase. Are you serious? It’s a basic human need, not a luxury. I wasn’t trying to freeload I was planning to order something after. But being treated like a problem before I even opened my wallet? Disgusting. You’re a billion-dollar corporation, not a members-only club. Shame on this location for being so inhospitable and inhumane. Definitely won’t be coming back. and I’ll think twice before supporting Starbucks again.

I’ve gone here a few times and each time I’ve gotten attitude from the employees. Most recent was today when I went through drive thru. The girl working gave me attitude and was NOT friendly. Won’t be back.

Came here on a Tuesday morning. The man behind the counter was such a sweetheart and my coffee was absolutely perfect.
Food Poisoning!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went to the drive-through today 03/01/2025 I get there chai tea latte all the time got an iced chai latte here, and literally within two hours vomiting and the whole shebang that comes along with food poisoning. I know that it came from here because that was the first thing I had today and the only thing that I had today.
I do not recommend going to the Starbucks, and if you do be extremely careful about what drinks you order.

When I asked what lattes they had (it didn’t list flavors on drive thru me menu) he answered with a snarky attitude and told me to google it. I get everyone has bad days but don’t take it to the work place and definitely don’t take it out on your customers.

Ordered a 16oz drip in person inside the store and proceeded to wait 10 minutes while staff took care of mobile and drive thru orders. Finally decided to speak up to discover my coffee had been sitting under the dispenser the whole time. All they had to do was hand it to me. Tired of Starbucks misguided priorities. Currently at a local coffee shop shop instead!!

I love this place. It especially feels like home thanks to Kris, who does all the small little things that matter. Such as calling out "Emily" when there are no traditionally female folk in the store. No assumptions and the highest levels of service.
