Colin made the absolute BEST caramel Frappuccino! Excellent customer service great atmosphere. The whole team was a pleasant experience. Great job guys

This Starbucks is rather plain. The coffee is always great, but I had to wait a fair amount of time just for a simple hot coffee.

Got a strawberry açai and I dropped it and it’s spelled which isn’t their fault, but little plastic were in the drink from the straw big one sorry I may sue the service was amazing, but I’m really mad about my drink as well.

Ever since covid, everything closes too early..
Someone accidentally took my drink that I ordered online. The staff was so attentive and remade it quickly without my prompting. I was so thankful for their swift response!

The only bad thing is the parking lot. It is too small toomany compact spaces for too many cars. I have taken to parking on Overland street

Sad how you pay for your drink the way you want it,and they just do it however because there in a rush..we can understand theres alot of people but and the end we pay for what we want and we wait for that to be giving to us as clients. If the employees forget to add the extra we should be upset but if we let them now about it i belive they shouldnt be upset either...if it happens once or twice or 3 times what can we do..and then they want to complaint that we just want them to remake it and or get another drink when we pay for it already!🤷♀️

We might take it for granted but it matters when customer service is excellent and they go out of their way to make sure you have what you ask for. Fuzzy and warm with the service, food, and the ambience.
