The barista rolled his eyes when I corrected him about the milk, and the cashier misinterpreted my order twice, which made for quite unpleasant service. Due to dietary restrictions, I must have vegan drinks, and instead of offering me a fine service, the crew seemed to find more amusement in that fact. A cup of coffee that did not satisfy my tailored needs and was missing an additional shot of caffeine cost me about $9. I will shy away from this location.

Cashier is rude and unwelcoming. She seems bothered when you place your order. Additionally, she would refuse to provide you with the complimentary extra creamer/milk or sugar when you need to adjust your coffee, she would say that you have to pay for those. Luckily she was compassionate enough to give me a free straw when I begged for it. I love Starbucks but I’m never coming back to this one, felt so unwelcome.

The Morbidly Obese guy with the glasses and koolade hair is very rude. By the way can you make him wear a shirt n pants that fit? No one wants to see his belly hanging out or look his over sized diabetic legs.
