Olivia was super helpful with my order quick an easy. thank you starbucks give her a raise my dog also got a pet cup. I come here everyday and i hope that i see olivia working!

At this location, there is an older employee with glasses who was very unfriendly. No smile, no greeting, and the attitude felt cold and unwelcoming. Customer service could definitely be better.

I’m a daily Starbucks customer, but I have been very disappointed with the way things are ran here. I order a simple iced latte every single time & tip them they have always made it good. The last, 3 or 4 times i have came to this Starbucks it seems that they staff is not taking in consideration of the customer. The fact that i pay almost $10 dollars for the drink make me wait a longtime because i have work to get to, they don't care. it seems they to me they are on their own time & socializing. im not there to socialize. I am there to get my drink and go to work. Now I have to deal with an ice warm latte so thank you I really appreciate it. In addition, i needed to use the restroom one time and they refused to let me use it. I think that’s extremely unfair, especially for someone who supports the brand every single day. I expected more respect and consideration from the staff. :)

The staff is so friendly and nice. Everyone is so welcoming and attentive. They made sure to get my order right and it was ready very quickly. It's so nice to be around people who seem to truly enjoy their job!

This Starbucks is incredibly demanding and rude. I'm a frequent customer and also a delivery driver picking up orders here. Sometimes, when I try to use the restroom first, I'm questioned and told to make sure I buy something first. They won't let me use the restroom unless I do. Perhaps this is their training system – cold, heartless, and with extremely low emotional intelligence.

I stop in on my way to work occasionally, and every single time I do, it’s a wonderful experience. Everybody is very pleasant and the customer service is great! Gilbert is my absolute favorite, always WONDERFUL. Always a bright personality with a smile. That whole team is amazing, and I always look forward to the interaction when I have time to stop 🖤

If I could give it zero Stars I would. This is the rudest place I've ever seen in my life you have to buy something to use the bathroom that's ridiculous

Manager is an absolute jerk and wouldn't let me stay or use the bathroom even though I was a purchasing customer and needed to take a phone call outside. After all, it's a purchase per visit and apparently taking a call right outside the door is considered leaving. He proceeded to argue with my condescendingly as he miss stated company policy.
Drink also took WAY too long to make. Worst Starbucks experience I have had so far by miles.
Work is the side to close restroom one hour before store closing. This is not acceptable. I need someone to contact because even did not care that she will lose my business because of this.

Bathroom was “closed for the night”, the store was still open. They advised me to use the neighbors (subway and the gas station) gas station states this happens all the time. I bought from both places, ordered the same drink and they clearly were made slightly different or didn’t measure correctly. Staff had no issues calling me hun and love, that was unexpected and awkward.

Watered down drinks and overpriced.
One of the worst starbucks I've ever been too. Poor guy was the only one working while the Manager and another employee was in the back chilling. When the guy finally went to the back to say he needed help cuz it was so busy. The manager came out looking super annoyed and rolling his eyes. The other employee seemed clueless like she had no idea what she was doing and she was supposedly a supervisor. I waited over 20 minutes for a mobile order I placed online. And it was only one drink. SMH. To the manager; get your shit together. Your the manager. It's your store. Don't be annoyed u have to help your only clerk on the counter. Jump in and help. It's your job. If your having someone supervisor like the girl you were in the back chopping it up with, then I can see why this is the worst starbucks I've ever been too. And it's not even that busy! I've seen busier. But they are more organized and the manager there actually helps.
