Ordering my coffee from here is pretty much the first thing I do while I'm still in bed, Every Single Day, since I moved to SD from Clinton, NJ. The coffee is great, the baristas are super friendly with lovely genuine smiles that remind me of home. I highly recommend this location and I'm certain I'll be back ...(like tomorrow morning)

I have received more pleasant service from people working at busier locations. They screwed up my star point earnings and messed up my order. I didn't bother the employee about the stars, but when I asked about changing my order, it was hastily fixed and thrown back at me with a sour attitude. Who crapped in these ladies cappuccinos?

#1.I am not sure why they can't make the same consistent coffee. I have been getting mobile orders and not sure why it changes from day to day. No a happy customer.#2. When you enter this place the first thing that greets you is cleaning paraphernalia (ugly broom and a bucket). Why Employee check-in can't be at the back of the store. As a customer I do not need to know how you run your business or not trust your employees.

Placed a mobile order and my order was ready within 10 minutes. Just tried the new pistachio latte (tall) - overall the flavors for both pistachio and brown butter is very subtle. It tastes like a slightly sweet caffe latte. I really liked how it wasn't really sweet. I do wish the pistachio flavor was a bit stronger.
Every one of the baristas there treated my family horribly. My dad doesn't often drink Starbucks so he was unsure of what to order. They made it a point to seem frustrated and upset with them. They called every other order when it was ready but when it came time for ours they just pushed it out. They also didn't provide straws for our two fraps and when I asked for straws I got the same terrible attitude we got the entire visit. Horrible experience.

The barista Lenen didn’t serve a woman not wearing a mask, therefore protecting himself and other customers. He did what was right and I have so much respect for him to refuse service because many people are afraid to do that.
