okay, I get they are busy but it's the fact I will nicely tell them hey I have a food item as well. THEY look me dead in the eye and look at me like I ruined their day. and IGNORE! so I wait and girly with the short hair walks around doing nothing and then her manager who I know and love finds my food and drink ON THE SHELF READY. like everyday they waste 6-7 minutes of my day even when I TELL them it's right there. today was worse. it was on the table I told her and she's like we're making it, her coworker walks to the table and picks it up after 5 min. I was waiting for nothing. it's just disrespectful. only the girl with curly hair is so beyond polite like a DOLL and the male workers and the manager. the girls are so irritating. like it will be empty too.... like I get it's stressful but Like it's every morning now. I felt bad and let it go the first couple times but it's ridiculous.

Don't waste your time coming to the Starbucks it's a cheap location that has no seating inside. They completely removed everything and only have outdoor seating with no outlets. if I'm going to spend $5 to $10 on a single cup of coffee you would think that they would at least accommodate their guest that visit. And in La Jolla!? Lol its a joke

I tried to like this place, however this one barista ruined my experiences. I am a regular here, but I decided to stop coming here because of how rude the Asian barista with the pony tail, hidden light with bangs, and glasses is always disrespectful when she speaks to me. Like so unfriendly~
A couple days ago, my app, once again, sent my mobile order to the wrong location. I swear I selected this location, but, unfortunately, the app had other ideas. I was frustrated, to say the least, when I showed up here and my order was nowhere to be found. Luckily, there were two Starbucks angels working that day, and they resolved the whole thing quickly and hastlefree. They were patient and understanding and took immediate action.I wish I had gotten their names, but regardless, I wanted to give them a public shout-out and big thanks!

well I've been going here for ten years but now it's changed a lot first the prices are way too high now and the staff does not care but the quality of the food is still very good i do go to Pete's also
