This Starbucks is really nice. The people working there were young and really polite. They even asked me how my day was going as we were waiting for my order. Very clean. Very friendly. I was so happy to see this. Starbucks was walking distance from the hotel I was staying at.

Nice convenient Starbucks near Medical offices and on the heart of UTC. Staff is outstanding and especially friendly. Found seat inside. Parking is pay lot but expected in this area. Quaint is the word that describes this SB. Recommended.

The service here is weird because they're quite friendly (which is cool) but incredibly not knowledgeable about the products. It's disappointing since I like Starbucks and I like trying different things. The last four times I've come I had the same thing happen where I was told information incorrectly about the drink (shots what's inside etc etc). The vibes here are ok but unfortunately the staff make it very hard to get sugar or extra cream. They make a fuss when asked for it. Just kinda off vibes because of that.

I have discovered this Starbacks recently and has not that easy access like others as you have to use the entrance, get a ticket, not easy to find parking and remember to validate the ticket. Mostly for students and people working in that complex. Well, thanks to finding this Starbucks I also found an European deli, so I am... delighted! Good service, good place to do some quick work on the laptop, but mostly a pitstop for me.

Had wonderful drinks, but terrible service. I know rush hour is always a hit or miss, but the baristas who were making our drinks were very cranky. So cranky that, three weeks later, I’m still remembering how rude they were.I felt bad to even ask where my drink was (which was a drip coffee with my own container), and one of the baristas said in a snarky voice that it had been called multiple times. I’m sorry, but I didn’t hear, or I wouldn’t have asked. I’m sure they deal with mean customers often—I used to be a barista so I’m always patient at cafes because I remember how terrible many customers were.But if I come to you with a positive attitude, I’d like to not be snapped at from the get go.Anyway, I just remember how cranky and tense of an environment it felt like and wanted to leave a review about that.

I have to wait 30min for my coffee. Idk they're the same system as the others. Order online to pick up and take 30min extra is not acceptable
Fast service, good atmosphere, and it's within walking distance to UCSD graduate and family housingParking: No street parking nearby, and you have to go into a very small parking lot. They will validate parking, and you don't have to pay if you're fast, but it is inconvenient.

If you want to be served anytime soon, do a digital order. It is obvious those take precedence. I've been waiting in store for about 15 minutes, a dozen remote orders have been put up and I still wait.

It's unfortunate. There's nothing wrong with the starbucks itself. It's the parking that kills this location. I like to sit and do my work for a while when I go to a starbucks, but the validation is only for an hour and then it's 4 dollars an hour...
