(For the company, not its employees) Employees dont get paid enough to care, which I understand.Its the only place within miles, is the only reason why I go here. Every time the food is awful and the drinks taste subpar. No longer giving them my money. Wish a coffee place would open open close and put them outa business.

On 5/28/23 loby is closed and they will not sell to walk up or people on bikes. Lady working states lobby is closed due to call outs. Two people working and the lobby is closed. Also lady was wearing a mask.

Our first order could not be completed because the salted caramel cold brew machine was not working. Then I ordered vanilla latte and it did not taste like it was supposed to. I don't understand you charge so much for coffee you should be able to deliver a good product or at least how it is supposed to taste.

one of the baristas wasn’t very warm or welcoming, i’m guessing she was a manager or a shift leaderi understand that it’s pretty early in the morning, and i don’t expect peppy & high energybut at the very least feign niceness ?granted, i was already struggling with my mental health these past few days so i could totally be overreacting. still, her cold and dismissive demeanor pushed me to the edge and i ended up crying in my car… fun times!they could definitely do better with customer service.

As a past partner, I loved working at Starbucks. There are things this store can do better on because of past experience. they don't have a drive thru but they have mobile orders and in cafe orders that are worked on. Those that are café orders are always the last ones to be worked on, which is wrong. cafe orders are priority first and then mobile orders. They took 15 minutes to make my drink today and all they were calling on were mobile orders. They either don't have a good system where 1st bar is only café orders and 2nd bar mobile orders. They have great partners, all so nice, just recommend better sequencing and priority first on café orders.
