It wasn't busy, but it could have been people going through drive-thru. But it took an extremely long time to make two coffees.

I’ve been coming here since they opened and even before when it was Taco Bell. Sometimes 4 to 5 times a week and I went in today to just get a cup of ice and the guy told me that he could not give me a cup of ice because I did not order anything today.

I can understand if there was a homelessness problem and they kept coming in asking for waters or ice, but I am an every day customer that frequents the place almost daily. Way to go Starbucks, lost another customer! Just ridiculous.

I started writing a review and my phone died. The girl at the drive through window was so insanely rude, i think her name was kacy or something. i went to place an order at the drive through i went up to the window and had her scan my stars. i asked her if i could redeem my 400 stars for a cup and she told me i could come inside to do that. i said never mind she kept pretending to not hear me even though i had someone in the car litterally repeating what i was saying. then she asked me if i wanted to use my stars and i said NO. she then said ok gave me the food before paying and closed the window i was waiting to pay and she rudely opened the window and said did u need a straw or something. i said oh no i was waiting to pay. she used 300/400 of my stars…….. i told her i didnt want her to do that and she argued with me and said that i DID in face tell her to use them when i shook my head no and SAID NO. then it was an inconvenience to her to put them back on my rewards and was so snobby the entire time. this girl should not be in customer service

Paid for a venti Iced coffee, it was full of ice only 2 sips of the actual drink. Went to the manager and the second time he handed me iced coffee full of oatmilk and a small amount of expresso, I discarded it! It's was gross. It was like he messed it up on purpose because I came to him about the first drink. Very disappointed in this locations management, they took my money for terrible product. It's not right.

The location of the Starbucks is incorrect on the map so it’s hard to find, and the interior is not super clean. The bathrooms are well maintained.

Fast service and everyone is nice. Please clean you machines though cause the hot coffee is bitter and tastes burnt every single time.

This location is always on top of it and the staff is super friendly and helpful! I have rarely if ever had any drink or food made incorrectly and I have never had a single bad interaction - these employees really do a sincerely great job.

Is this a day of $6 coffee presented in a paper cup, it is refreshing to be able to ask for a ceramic cup and have it presented civilized style.
My flat white was prepared beautifully with silky milk and foam.
