I visit weekly. The service is always great. There are some vagrants in the area. Nearly all the time there are no problems, but interesting moments can be had due to the mental state of these visitors.The service is great! Knowledgeable baristas and clean bathrooms. I think those things are important when visiting a Starbucks.

Horrible service by Barista, it's 4:30 am in the morning and she has her speaker on full blast. The store is located in a residential neighborhood. my order is ready to go and sitting in the counter while she prepares two other mobile orders. I didn't ask for a stopper, one was provided. The coffee was scalding hot, and unsafe to drink until it cooled down. I chatted with Starbucks and they responded with we are sorry.

So my wife went inside to get a cup of coffee, and asked one of the staff behind the counter if she could get a drink stopper. The girl behind the counter looked at her and said “I’m not on the clock” and walked off. Really? Another reason to go to Portside or any other place. I wish I was the owner so I could fire her. I would be disgusted if I found my employees acting in this manner.

I was at this Starbucks yesterday and I have never been treated so rudely by anyone Marisol the worker at the window was so rude I will never go back she didn't put the lids on my order and it spilled all over my friend in the passenger seat I asked her to redo it since it spilled all over she berated me say it was our fault that she always checks the lids really not a I'm sorry then when she handed us back the drink she remarked make sure you don't spill it this time real customer service I wasn't even asking for a free drink she should be fired not a people person to work in the public

Everyone here is super nice and works really hard to get your food and coffee to you fast! Despite some comments about brown people being racist against white people; I’m super white, have been coming here 3 times a week for a couple years, and have NEVER had that experience. This place and the people that work here are amazing, can’t say the same about all the customers though! ?

Extremely Racist Location. If you are White the All Mexican Staff we rush to take your order. If you are Brown - they make you wait till every person is served and the store is empty before someone takes your order. Literally waited nearly 20 minutes and just walked out. They act like they don't see you or look right through you. Like no-one is there. I have gone through the Drive through and their coffee is OK. But I own a big dually also and when I went in it was almost like they refused to serve me. Even the people that ordered and received their orders were looking at them wondering why no one would take my order. No class at all.

DO NOT COME TO THIS STARBUCKS Or prepare yourself to wait at least 30 mins! The queue for in store order always got pushed by mobile order and drive through. It was not a good experience. Try get coffee somewhere else.
