Friendly baristas. Good breakfast. Although it seems whenever I order a chai latte it tastes mostly like water. I typically order a short in hopes the ratio is favored in the spices. But for the most part it's hot water.

Drove passed a cafe because I didn’t want to get out of the car and this was the closest drive thru. My mistake. Spent $8 for 3 sips of drink since the entire cup was just filled with ice… ridiculous.

There was a woman who was the sweetest, nicest woman ever at any Starbucks anywhere. She was soooo great I was shocked because as a company it's a huge hit or miss. But she's amazing! I loved her.

They are super friendly inside and at the drive thru. There is cafe inside & outside seating usually available. Well-behaved dogs are often on the patio, seems dog friendly. Lots of parking.
I asked for SOY Chai and they game me one with regular milk. It clearly says on the the sticker soy Chai. I'm upset bc I'm allergic to milk. This is the third time this has happened.

Nice place to spend some time with a coffee and sandwich. The coffee, food, and seating area are good -- the bathroom is just horrible. Truly one shouldn't have to notify staff of deplorable bathroom conditions. They should be kept up with on a regular basis throughout the day, like at McDonald's.

I just came in w/ my s/o about 4 hrs ago to get my birthday reward, and the lady at the register was super nice initially but I let her know that for some reason, the app wasn't showing it. I even have my bday in the personal info tab.My s/o & I are both partners ourselves of several years, and know that sometimes the app can be finicky. When a customer has this issue, we take care of it no matter what and make it right, even if we can't personally get to the bottom of why it occurred.We scanned my app, and she told me it didn't show so there was nothing they could do about it and immediately moved on to charge me for everything. /: I told her that we were just going to go to our store instead. We were just trying to stall some time to avoid traffic back home and ended up having to deal with a triple inconvenience of having to contact SBUX, driving all the way back to our store instead of going out for my birthday dinner, and feeling pretty frustrated by the response. It seems like the store is less concerned with making moments right than most, especially with an issue as common as app glitches. /:

We bought coffee but it was to strong I had to go up 2 times to fix the coffee but the music was good. The bathrom was a little messy needs to be cleaned more than one time a day.
Parking: There is disabled parking here.
Kid-friendliness: There are meals that have eggs, veggies, peanut butter sandwiches with fruit. There are different breakfast sanwiches.
Wheelchair accessibility: The parking places outside for wheelchairs and there are places inside this restaurant for wheelchairs to be put up to tables.
