I tried to PURCHASE a cup of ice and they refused to sell it to me. I understand the new policy but I was trying to pay for it. The Starbucks at Garnett avenue were nice enough to give me one. Thanks for being ridiculously difficult and unkind Yesenia. You maybe shouldn’t be a supervisor if you lack criteria.

I had the pleasure of interacting with Mel during a recent visit for a meeting. As I was walking out with an iced coffee, she noticed me and kindly offered a free refill—without me even asking. She went out of her way to approach me and offer something thoughtful and unexpected. In today’s world, genuine interactions like that are rare. Major kudos to Mel. Starbucks should do everything they can to keep her—she’s a true asset. I really appreciated the experience.

Great place, they close the lobby late, so you can come and relax or do some work/homework and not be worried that you won't have enough time to finish. Don't take the corner table, that's mine, I'll fight you for it.

I’ve been a customer and coming to this Starbucks for almost a year. I wanted to use the bathroom and I was rejected by liyah.

I’m very disappointed. Liyah please learn about the third place and show customers more respect and suck up your pride if you’re having a bad day.

Noel please talk to your employees about customers who come frequently and allow them to use the bathroom. I wish this store does well in their customer service.

I noticed that most of your employees taking their time to attend one customer. I used to be a shift supervisor for Starbucks before and these employees are not managed well. They have become more rude nor care about third place. Also proper batch brew cycle that needs to be conducted every 30 minutes.

Friendly baristas. Good breakfast. Although it seems whenever I order a chai latte it tastes mostly like water. I typically order a short in hopes the ratio is favored in the spices. But for the most part it's hot water.

There was a woman who was the sweetest, nicest woman ever at any Starbucks anywhere. She was soooo great I was shocked because as a company it's a huge hit or miss. But she's amazing! I loved her.
