WTF is this? Supposed to be a grande Toasted Oat but looks like a mini serving of Flint water! There was a lot of foam at the top so my wife didn't look close but 5 minutes later I'm sipping ass water.

This is my favorite Starbucks! I can walk to a Starbucks in my neighborhood but I prefer this one! The people who work there, Steve, Lewis, Devon & Devon & all the others I can't remember their names are my Starbuds!

My boyfriend attempted to pick me up an iced coffee with cream and sugar this morning. Something I get from this location(and any really) often with no issues. I'd think it's one of the easiest drinks. Ice, coffee, cream, sugar. Around 9:30 Labor Day morning, the woman (who was also training someone) said "well can you just add the sugar yourself? We don't know how much you want." I mean, yea I can. But I can also just make my own at home if that's what I wanted to do. I feel bad for the gentleman training, he's not going to know how to add sugar!

It's amazing store the baristas were so friendly. My drink was made perfect the locations was close to Weber we were going and we got our drinks fast

I would give a better review, but every time I go to this Starbucks, the barista named Erica has terrible customer service. She doesn't smile. She acts like she hates her job. It is a very uncomfortable experience ordering a drink from her. I'm hoping to have a better experience in the future, because, unfortunately, they closed the other Starbucks nearby.

I go to Starbucks pretty much every morning to meet my friends for coffee and everyone that works there is so nice and their coffee is some of the best coffee I've ever tasted!

Though this Starbucks has been around for ages, it has never received much love mostly because there was another Starbucks location literally 500 feet away from it for years. This one is located inside of Ralph's and the other was in The HUB, but since The HUB location closed in January this kiosk has received the influx of business. This staff kills it for the limited resources and space that they have. They're Ralph's employees that are assigned to staff the kiosk and they're always so friendly whenever I walk in with ear-to-ear smiles, small talk, and a quick cup of coffee. Nothing fancy for me, just black coffee and it's always in my hand in a matter of seconds - no complaints, friends! So there you go, grab your coffee, do your shopping, and appreciate them being here. Only downside? No ordering on the app... womp, womp.

The location that is not inside the Ralph's is slow as molasses!! Both times I'm here and it's not even crowded. Trying Ralph's next time.
