I've come here a couple of times now, and the food is delicious! I would say that this location is better than some of their sister restaurants! The only downside i would point out atmosphere-wise is that theres some hodge-podge stuff innthe corners and you can see cords and plugs here and here (very minimal "issues"). Chicken bao and roll were simply tasty. Long wait times. Could improve on service time. Situated in a great locality. Hard to get parking at peak hours since it’s a busy spot.

Wonderful atmosphere, our server Cam did a great job of making me and my friends feel welcome. The food (specifically the red braised pork belly) was the best meal I’ve had here in Kearny Mesa.
My first time eating at Steamy Piggy and what an amazing experience! My friend and I were going to try a ramen place when I stumbled upon the entrance of this place and wanted to try it instead. Just from the outside, it’s beautifully decorated which attracted my attention. Cam was very nice and attentive by checking in with us often. The food is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes and everything was delicious!

The food was sooo good! And our server Cam was very very cool! He is so chill! I feel like he made the food taste even better! He deserves a raise. I will definitely be coming back. If not for the food, then definitely for Cam.
